cards i saw some people at Toy Tokyo buying cards because the cards are cool in and of themselves. These purchasers didn't know about the game or these forums.

It would be cool if the "My Perplexcity" automatically placed your cards in the map grid for you as you collected them so you could easily view the portions of the map you have completed up to that point. I know we already have the map grid in this forum, but it seems like a logical feature to include along with keeping track of which cards you already have and how many points they are worth.

The annoying thing is that not living near any of the shops selling the cards I am having to wait at least another week for Firebox.com to send out my cards. By then we'll probably have all of the limited edition run and so the suprise will be gone. MC need to look at spreading their distribution further to all more people to get access to the cards...

I'm sure most everyone's seen these by now, but just in case:
The Story So Far , according to perplexcity.com.
Also, I'm sure the thumbnail of the map will come in quite handy, until we get the rest of the cards.

For a place obsessed by cubes there aren't many right-angles in that thumb-nail! Maybe the original settlement was of acute angle-fancying peeps and they were usurped by the mighty cubees, keeping the same street plan. But mainly in the Mobius and habour region...that's nonsense in't it?

How about the strange off-shot dock, beach front property, or whatever it is that looks like an Infinity symbol? Or has anyone noticed the lower region has a bit of a latitude, longitude (on a globe, given the curvature) feel to the lay of the streets compared to the upper region, over the bridge which seems more...Natural city development.
Eyeballing this I think it could be fair to say that the upper part of the map/city is reasonably older and the lower part is more masterplanned development.
Have we established a CBD (Central Bussiness District) for Perplex city?
Might help in understanding the routines and routes people take in the average course of a day, and thus meeting places and points of interest.
Till again...

I wonder if part of the reason the cube is so special to them is because so much of their lives are angled or curved. If your whole world was triangles and smooth edges, wouldn't YOU worship a nice, regular cube?

That's the Mobius Strip .
The lower part of PXC is actually the location of Old Town, below the Mazy. The Tour Guide is a good place to start your research

That must be illegal.
To change the extremly well-designed original site to something which looks like it was designed by a 14-year old girl on her highschool-project. That must be illegal...

I for one look forward to the game being postponed further as all MC's time is taken up suing themselves for infriging their own copyright. The horror, the horror...
