The following conversation took place on July 19th at The Balance's headquarters.

The information supplied here is classified. Please do not disclose it to anybody.


#1: Welcome, gentlemen. Thank you for coming. Now, I know I called this meeting to discuss general plans for The Balance, but I think there is an overlying issue at the moment that has to take priority.
#3: The anti-sin operation?
#1: Correct, if that's what you'd like to call it. Two have escaped. We've taken care of one, but the other is not so easy, and proving more elusive.
#2: I believe she was advised to lie extremely low by the police forces.
#1: Maybe so, but it's almost as if she is missing again.
#3: It wouldn't surprise me if she's been taken to a safehouse somewhere...
#1: Then she needs to be found. Immediately. We need to get our best men on the case right away. Too much has already gone public about this operation. We can't let any more slip before we're ready for the official announcement.
#3: But if she's dead too... won't that just arouse more suspicion? We've already had one guy die under mysterious circumstances after being freed. Another's going to look highly strange.
#2: What, so we just let her run free?
#3: I don't know.
#1: We can't.
#3: What about the others? Those still in the care of #14?
#2: Apparently they're still hanging in there.
#3: How's Kyle?
#2: Excuse me?
#3: Well you'd know. He works for you.
#2: I don't see how that's relevant...
#1: Yes, how is it relevant?
#3: Sorry, I just don't see what made you nominate him for this whole thing. It's not like he's a terrible person.
#1: Would you kindly leave the room?
#3: What? Why?
#1: Leave the room, please. You won't be working with us any more.

 		Looks like Gareth Derby, Managing Director of JRG, is #2. Possible that he's the one mentioned in jaded.mp3 who's hankering after more power and isn't happy with The Balance's hierarchy?

 		I think it's more likely #3 that's that person.

BTW, I'm not sure this is the solve to building.jpg. 1/ I can't see how to leap from building.jpg to hidden.htm, and two all the others ended up in an mp3. We'll see I guess..

On another note, does this mean that #20 is now #18, #14 is now #13 ?

 		I agree that #3 sounds more like they could be the 'jaded' one, but the mp3 file suggests contacting them - we have a contact for #2 but we don't know who #3 is/was - looks like we'll have to track them down first...

 		Dash, hidden.htm came from the phrase:

then from hidden, Steve C adjusted colors and the letters "inside" stood out.
