#13 - Sphinx - appears to be a regularly occurring card. Unfortunately. Time to get out the fine toothed comb.
Aaaaaaaaand ... #149 (our QH) is not a prime number. I don't want to give up on this though.
[EDIT: aT is stoopid]

Can't see any suit on the card #13 - Sphinx even under a magnifying glass.
Maybe its one of the jokers?
Does anyone know the painting? Maybe it's important and noone has mentioned it yet on the cards thread.
BTW why isn't 149 a prime number?

Card #13 has the 8 of diamonds in the bottom left corner. It is very hard to see but it is there, at least on my card. And I just added card #241, which has a 10 of spades on it.
I also verfied that card #181 has the 10 of diamonds on it.
Does this support your theories?

Don't give up yet AppleTron, 149 is indeed a prime number, as well as 241. I'm pretty sure that theory is here to stay.

Well spotted, some of these marks are really hard to see. I'll update the list. Have I missed any oter ones?

At the end of a long day, somehow 7 x 7 becomes 149 ... thanks for taking me back to math skool. Whew! In any event, glad I challenged everyone enough to look harder.

With the sphinx card - I have two theories: (a) the card is a joker, or (b) the card is still part of the set but has not been marked so as to signify importance.
It seems too much of a coincidence that all of the other prime numbered cards are marked with the playing card symbols. And one more thing that i'm not sure has been mentioned: the sphinx card does have those watermarks that look like they can be jigsawed with the other cards to form letters. I'm pretty sure all of the "playing card" cards have these watermarks.
EDIT - Disregard

The Sphinx card has an 8 of diamonds in the lower-left corner. You cannot see it in the scan, but you can see it on an actual card.

Well that makes a bit more sense! It was difficult to figure out whether there was or was not a playing card symbol since the general consensus seemed to go back and forth over and over. I need to learn to always trust your catalog Bri.
