Haha!
I would love to attend the "EuroARG" (class name). August 28th/29th is a perfect date for me (if it does not change of course). Maybe some t-shirts could be put up for sale to the people who attend, like a Perplex City t-shirt or something like that, or special clues for a game available exclusively for the people there...

Damn you all... I'm at the festival that weekend (Reading), HOWEVER, there is supposed to have been organised an unnofficial PxC meet on the weekend BEFORE the one you're suggesting... Just a thought...

Heh, its not a problem. That one can always be webcast and recorded like the one at New York.

Not meaning to throw a spanner in the works, but isn't this kinda soon after ARGfest NYC? Would it be better to space them out a bit so that there's time to organise something similarly splendiferous. It also allows time for people to organise travel from the rest of Europe to wherever it's going to be. Just a thought
If help is needed with organisation I don't mind offering a pair of hands. If only to help amputate joebrents frostbitten extremities.

Yeah, after the NY ARGfest, other people are anxious to do something similar in a more convenient place in relation to where they live, so the earlier the better I guess .

I reckon we ought to start making final arrangements for it now. Get into contact with Abacus again, pick a venue et cetera

Problems with late August in London is that your gonna collide with the GDC Europe, so hotels will cost a bomb during that time (27th Aug - 1st Sept methinks). Also negotating around the festival season isn't going to be great

The problem with leaving it any later, however would be the English weather. Already in London it has turned to grim, miserable, drizzle. In September, I'm betting that it will be pissing down when we do it. At least in August/VERY early Sept, we have the chance of not getting wet.
