OK I have submitted my rock name.
But I'm only gonna share it if it wins.

I've tried a to name the rock "Dwayne Johnson" a couple of time today, both earlier and then again a moment ago, but it doesn't appear to work. I end up on http://orbiconcorp.com/namethatrock/adduser.php with the message
Could anyone have a bias against pro wrasslers? Any idea what (else) I might be doing wrong?
what you're doing wrong? You're stealing my idea. Beat you to it.

I have finally given up my status as a career lurker!
Went along with the music thing, and named mine "Emo Rock".
BTW, anyone happen to catch the other "blink" image?

Not that we should be payin attention to these as-yet-unimprotant decorative details, but where was that blink.gif on a page? THe other one's on the nose of the shuttle at the top of each page, was that other referenced in the source of one of the pages or did ya just guess that there had to be a blink.gif to go with blink2.gif?
Doesn't matter, I'm just seriously bored waitin for this to get started

Just an observation:-
Igor Bronco, (Orbicons Founding Member) is an anagram of Orbicon Org -
directs to the main Orbicon website anyway.

Yeah, just a lucky guess in the /images directory. Maybe these will develop into something later.

This is a great method for an ARG to gather registration information from the participants!
Yup, I agree that Name That Rock is just that. So I have submitted "Kona".
By the way, Press site updated with info on the launch of the space shuttle today.

Possibility, as noted in my earlier post.
*squirrels nugget away in back of mind for later on
Just so you know, searching for files in that way is a little frowned upon, though it rarely turns anything up. If you are supposed to do it, you'll be given a clue telling you to.
Welcome aboard, btw, i'm just an enthusiastic n00b myself!

MST3K I am picking up on a Mystery Science Theater theme, but maybe it is just me reading too much into it. On the trailer we see a bone-shaped dog biscuit twirling through space. That could be a take on MST3K's satelite, or a riff off of the original bone/spaceship transition in 2001 a space odyssey.
Also on the press page I found these words ". . .in the not so distant future." Which is close to a lyric in the opening song for MST3K

Yay for jumping on the bandwagon. Maybe I won't kill this one.
I named mine 'Gibraltar'.

Woah
Where'd all the source code go?
EDIT: Okay, if you go to Orbiconcorp.com the source code is visible on every page. If you go to Obicon.org you merely see this for every page.

<frame src="http://www.orbiconcorp.com" frameborder="0">
<frame frameborder="0" noresize>
</frameset>
</html>
<!-- m -->
I wonder if that commented out "m" is significant

Oh, neat. orbicon.org used to be the meta page, so it looks like they just got rid of it and replaced it with the content of orbiconcorp.com. Tightening the curtain, I suppose? TINAG and all that. Cool, I'm not a big fan of meta pages.
[edit] Um. Never mind. Ignore the crazy person. Anyway, meta pages aren't that bad. I should go get some sleep.
