I've tried converting the colours to hex, and translating the hex, but I get "uuusssaaawwweeelll" and that doesn't work, so I tried usawel.htm and that didn't work either. GARRRAGGHGHGHG

THe last line we had down for that octal was translated right, but not perfectly....

it SHOULD read:
1/1
5/3
9/2
11/3
33/4
39/2

When you use this as a reference map against the lyrics to "Hooray for New Math", you get:
nothing that makes sense Sad

I got:
first try: you make that three math this
second try (using ms word): You make that of .... hoo
*throws toys*

just tried using it as word/Letter against the lyrics and got:
yoerro
then tried word/letter against the first part of the decoded message and got: clumgu
*throws laptop out window*

Found answer - took all my answers and tried to make sensible words out of each of them. CLUMGU looked the closest to a word so I tried 'clumsy' (yeah, I brut forced the solve, so sue me)

EDIT - I don't think this is level nineteen - for a start the page doesn't say "level 19". I think level 19 is a makeup of both pages. *sigh*
