Sadly, greywethers seems to be out of game. Got this e-mail from the Operator:

We were unable to identify any prior links between Greywethers and the Followers. We've begun monitoring the site and will alert all WARN agents of any activity. It is possible that the site was linked by the person behind Arcanum-Ultor strictly as a diversionary tactic to confuse non-Followers.

I translated Arcanum Ultor from latin into English, and it roughly means Secret Avenger
arcanus -a -um [shut , closed]; hence [silent, secret]. N. as subst. [a secret]. Adv. arcano, [secretly]
ultor -oris m. [avenger , punisher].

Now, we just need someone with desteg software to decrypt the bol.gif image on the Arcanum-ultor site.

Also, the direction to greyweathers.com seems to have been disabled, so I think we should consider that lead dead and focus on the image. I would decode it but my computer will not run any decoding/desteging software.

The mission at this time seems to be to find out who/why the Omnifam headquarters were bombed. It seems to be the work of the Followers of Rambaldi, but who specifially, and why was Arvin targeted?

So I don't know if this has been mentioned, but there are a couple of pdf files up at Omnifam regarding the use of steganography. For some reason the text at http://www.arcanum-ultor.com/ (the go back to the beginning one) made me think to visit omnifam.org. Once logged in you can see a system message regarding 'Codes and Communications' (http://omnifam.org/attachments/ccpu47.pdf) which talks about stegged images - or rather, a lack of them. This file then talks about "CCPU 48" or "acceptable" codes, which you can see here: http://omnifam.org/attachments/ccpu48.pdf

Has anyone had any luck with making sense of text that's running around the screen at arcanum-ultor?

maybe the colours of the writing has somthing to do with figureing out the text at http://www.arcanum-ultor.com/ the colours are as follows:
CIA Hush Hair Joy - blue
IOU, USA Kim - red
A Hat Away At Ok - green
My mind is confused, my thoughts are scrambled. I need to go back to the beginning. - black
plus there are the two small flooting things that are allso black
