Strange that the following...

Duplex and triplex apartments at PCL 100-150,000 a month.

...seems to contradict the Cognivia web site that states...

Ascendancy Tower
The corporate headquarters of Cognivia can be found at levels 140 to 160 of Ascendancy Point. Our board, human resources, sales, marketing and planning divisions are all located here.
Nearest subway station: Ascendancy.

...???

I suppose it's possible to have living and business usage on the same floors but that high up the floor space cannot be that extensive because, as we know, the tower is cone shaped and narrows to a point?

Perhaps Cognivia is just a 'company' set up by some guys out of their apartments?

Or maybe the top floor (smallest) is level 1, then the next from the top is level 2 (so it's backwards from Earth floors)???

no, the fFloors are quite large. The whole building is in fFact quite large.

as fFurther examples: 165 - in the middle of the duplexes and triplexes - is an observation lounge. 125 - in the middle of the single level apartments - is the fFamous arboretum. There are fFloors which have more housing than others, and there are others which have nothing but commerce. It's just whatever works in an area.

Imagine well devised sections of the whole which piece together into gentle compounds of space.
