If I still lived there, I'd roll by and get some pictures, but unfortunately I moved out of the area a month ago. The contact info and address are correct for where they claim to be. My gut feeling is that this is a real, if somewhat wacky/new-agey church. But if you wanna bug 'em, I'll be interested to keep an eye on this and see what the story is.

IMHO I think the place is real. It seems pretty legit, plus there isn't really anything screaming to me 'ARG UP IN HERE!'. Well, besides that picture of the pastor. Shocked

Yeah. While that website is really professional looking, I can't imagine this place being real. These people seem nuts. What kind of a church would have a name like that at all?

Having spent my entire grade school career enrolled in the Catholic school system (my psycho grandma wanted it that way Evil or Very Mad ) I can most certainly tell you people like that do exist. I have nothing against the Catholic faith, mind you, but I have met some extremists in my life. This site is pretty tame compared to some of the stuff I've heard! Very Happy

And Vineyard Fox Valley is a pimpin' name. Like that pastor. Er...

EDIT: There's a little blurb in the source that credits ChurchSites.com. And that looks real too.

A google also provides this: http://www.vineyardusa.org/publications/emerge.aspx which appears to be the (rather small) community of Vineyard churches nationwide. The Fox Valley church doesn't have a real big presence online (via google), but there are a few links, and that suggests to me it's probably a real place.

I just got this weird email. It follows the same pattern as a bunch of junk mail I seem to have been unfortunately signed up for-- a lot of random words, and a random set of letters or numbers in the middle.
I'd have deleted it except for three things:
-->It adressed me as Duckie
-->It came from a hotmail acount
-->Look very carefully at the "random" names in the email.

So I dunno, it may very well just be spam, maybe even spam targeted to ARGers... Shocked

My thoughts exactly Phaedra. This would make how many games that are spinoffs of ILB?

I dunno, didn't Synagoga start making ILB references. Not that it actually copied ILB, so that's fine.

Two, yeah.

ilb

like krystyn I'm not sure this is a game. I only remember the one other game with the phones that was a spinoff.

Maybe because we used axons and kristen rutherford i(the ilovebees vocie actress) in the FestQuest , it just seems as if there have been some recent games based on ilovebees.

Sure sounds trailhead-ish and none of the phrases google. Anything else in the headers that you could see? Although, if this is a trailhead it sure doesn't give enough info to find anything more about it.

Hi James_G, this is related to Zoe's World. Check the thread here:
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=12063

The "pemesent" in the header sort of gave it away. Smile
