Does anyone know of a Flea++ compendium or glossary somewhere with the meanings of different commands worked out? I'm rereading all the stuff from the game on Bruce's site and elsewhere, but I am having a hard time remembering what all the code means.

 		I don't think that there was a formal Flea++ glossary/taxonomy... even the PMs were winging it. (Which is odd, since fleas don't have wings.)

However, the Fireflies wiki (ahem) has a good compilation of SPDR code here with the Widow's interaction with the Flea. That may help you get started.
