Yeah, got mine too, which verfied that I did enter my address, so my disappointment about not yet having recieved the brochure continues
[EDIT] Hmm, come to think of it, it still has "Alabama" as my homestate ... maybe that's where it went wrong? Must be fun to watch Royal Dutch Mail trying to deliver a letter to Dordrecht, Alabama

Seems odd of them to demand a US state, but allow different countries. Iwant my brochure. London, Alabama, Gbr is soooo glamorous.

They've experienced some downtown on their email servers. That sounds really bad.

Can't Enter Contest I apologize if I missed this somewhere...looked around for a post about it for about 15-20 minutes didn't see anything...when I try to enter the name that rock contest I get taken to a page with the same message as the intranet page when you just type something in
"You can't access this file directly..."
just wondering what to do to "enter" the contest
thanks

I got one, and I'm wondering if that note at the bottom is a clue that we may be able to access their intranet somehow, because of their problems...

Finally a response to my "name that rock" entry
I assume everyone else has received the email, so won't bore you with the details.
But it's good to see some action at last

I got the e-mail yesterday, and I had a good laugh at their network's "downtown."

argh, they had my address wrong... they didn't accept (apparently) the 6 letter postal code of Canada, and my address number was one off... bah
edit: I hit submit before I was done *brain fart*
I sent an email to correct it, but hopefully they'll resend that mail package if they already sent one to me at the wrong address...

I too managed to email with instructions to change my address, and also change the name of my rock. got two responses, both pretty similar.
Regarding the "downtown" thingy, I'm betting it's relevant in some way which isn't obvious at present.
