Are cards sold in different countries identical?

Are cards sold in different countries identical? The reason I ask is that (I belive) some other trading cards have had slight variations between regions. If I trade cards with a friend who bought her's in another country will they be the same?

I don't just mean from a game point of view but from the PoV of a collector. I seem to recall Pokémon cards were pubished by different company in the UK from the US and had slight variations such that If you tried to sell a complete set where some were Brittish and some American it would be worth less to collectors than if they were all from one publisher - or am I completely wrong?

As far as we know, the cards are the same in every region. To make sure, you can always email Mind Candy as they are the designers. You can email them at infoSPLATmindcandydesign.com
