It was done using some sort of paint and text program (probably Adobe). You can tell because the brown around the words is constant and doesn't break. But if you look to the right of the white border on the sign, you will see a darker brown color (this is the color of the sign in the original picture).

I saw the same thing for the "9" sign.

im sorry to say that it probably isnt significant they probably changed it to get away with using it without getting done for copyright! Laughing
