I've tried just about every combination I can think of using alexwarner or alexmitchell/alexm/amitchell as username and form2980/2980 as pwd, but I think if there's only one username and password we're looking for then the username is probably not specific to one person, a more generic username, thoughts anyone?

For the record, I called, told him that my username was the advisor and that i was having a bit of trouble accessing the system, that i could only get into the heat sensors and that i should be able to access more systems. He asked what I did, whether I was working in air conditioning, and I answered far too vaguely. He also said that they had had lots of strange calls about my account, at which I tried to act surprised. I tried asking for a temporary code while my account got fixed, but he said that while he sympathised, there was only one account for each user and that I should call Alex Mitchell to get the t980 form. I gracefully bowed out by saying that I would try to get the form. (For the record, I'm one of the female of the species, so he didn't have that excuse to suspect me.)

I asked to speak to Alex regarding extended security clearance. I was told to find the 'guys', give them my key and they would give my 'key' clearance...How the hell am I supposed to do that?? I don't have a key and we're on earth!!!!! Damn tech support, just like Dell
I called 3 times now...I got 1 guy twice and he says the same thing:
Have you contacted Alex Mitchel?
Me: I've tried but I believe I've been given the wrong contact details
Guy: Well until the answer is yes I can't go any further.
...
gonna try saying yes and see what happens
edit:
I called again, and answered yes this time:
...
Guy: Have you contacted Alex Mitchel?
Me: Yes
Guy: Well Ok, Cool, do you have the code from the t980?
Me: Well not in front of me at the moment
Guy: Well until you give me the code I can't do anything. They are usually between 250 and 258.
Me: OK, I'll try and find it and call you back
Guy: OK, bye
Me: Bye

...Has anyone just tried saying they're from Earth and want more info about whatever? The notice does say...

...And they did give us Earth phone numbers and times. I'd call myself, but I happen to be at work and just popping in to see if anything useful's been learned.
