That's a very intersting piece of code there.. how did you get it out? I searched the swf for ages..

Obviously they're pro's and they hid the password, I tried to factor it back and got these letters as possible for the username bdhilpsux but using their factors to get 967612988160000 wasn't easy.. I also tried getting the password since that would give us the htm page but couldn't do it.. and I tried it small letters/digits/symbols .. but the fact that a char may be used more than once makes it harder..

If you have NO clue what i'm talking about and want to give it a shot here's how it works:

The characters of the password are multiplied using their ascii code to give us 17390546100000..

For example, abc is 97 *98* 99 = 941094

Now to get anything from 941094 we factor it to "2 2 3 3 7 7 11 97"
Try diving 941094 by everything from 97 to 122 (a to z) we get a,b,c as possible candidates.. we factor each

a (97) = 97 .. prime already
b (9 = 2 7 7
c (99) = 3 3 11

It would be harder if the pass was longer but eventually you can narrow them down by removing the obvious ones (for example 97 MUST be there)..

Now try doing the same for 17390546100000

The factors are 2 2 2 2 2 3 3 3 3 5 5 5 5 5 17 17 17 19 23

candidate characters are d,f,l,r,s,x,0,2,3,6,9,\,_ and a few other symbols which are unlikely.. find the password, add .htm to the end and that's our new page..

This is getting VERY interesting..

Apparently many people are way ahead of us. This is looking more and more like an ARG everyday. There are now two ingame sites, a couple of phone numbers that work, professional scripts, etc...

If you are interested follow through this thread and then this thread. There's a lot of info in there so don't miss anything.. These guys are good! And they don't even know what an ARG is, but they've been viewing source, decoding, programming, cracking, brute forcing, and it just reminds me of how The Beast started..

Otherwise we have to wait for two more days.. but I have a feeling this will need an "ARG: The Matrix" forum very soon..

It's not a real trace. Check the source and you'll see

2) the program to make that other stuff show up

at www.metacortex.co.uk a trace program is said to be running and you always (?) get this number: 312)5550690. The head of site says "Get out Trinity!". Is this number taken from the films?

at www.metacortex.de you dont get any info, you're only supposed to enter your node and password. This site dont have any matrix related graphics.
