1. There's a picture that I had no way of viewing besides directly putting the url into my browser here

2. The site's flash file is not based on their [the authors] time; it's based on your system time. So set your computer's clock to 11:59:30 or so, and watch it count down to 0. At 12:00, the last digit disappears, but I'm not sure what else is supposed to happen. I don't think that that was intentional (to have the clock count all the way down) because the name of the swf (Flash) file is:
(note the "week-3"). To my knowledge, no other weeks are up, which means that they are put up week by week.

The 12.00 info is new too me ... But it's still a waitig game nothing happens Sad

Edit: FYI, as long as there isnt' a post after yours, you can always delete your post by clicking on the little "x" next to the edit button. But thinks for editing them so we knew they were duplicated mistakes. I've removed the duplicated posts. - Rowan

See, if we would have locked this thread, we would have never seen Ehsan solve it!
http://xbox360.ign.com has another update here, but it isn't really that enlightening.

O M G that is all I say O M G !

My question is then, as we all know, it is dark in Japan at some times. In darkness, how can we see our Japanese XBOX friends even with telescope? This mean what? This mean that WE KNOW WHY The rabbit is GREEN.

It is NIGHTVISION TELESCOPE.

My current theory

http://www.crownpoint.com/artists/raetz/raetz.pdf#search='Magritte%20rabbit'

Look on Page 3.

Magritte (who also painted the picture with the apple in front of the man's face) also created a piece of art known as the Hasenspeigal, or Hare Mirror. It shows two outlines, one of a hare and another of a man wearing a hat, which the artist used wireframe to eventually transform the image of the man into the hare. He comments that "Hares have eyes outside of their skulls, and they can see 360 degrees." Because the piece is like a "mirror image", people see the sculpture as a portrait of a man named Joseph Beuys, as it is recognized that "the hare" is his alter-ego.

So then I went off to research this Joseph Beuys fellow, because I evidently had nothing else to do. Some highlights:

<<<"Joseph Beuys' most famous performance work is How To Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare (1965), in which he walked around a gallery with his face smeared with honey and covered in gold leaf, carrying a hare to whom he talked, explaining the pictures before them. In his use of the hare, Beuys states: the hare has a direct relation to birth.../For me the hare is a symbol of the incarnation. The hare does in reality what man can only do mentally/.">>>

So really I think all of that comes down to the XboX 360 being able to do what the hare can do...or at least for now. But obviously such a boast is not what this entire thing is all about. The entire aesthics of the actual image is what I'm more interested in (ie. the odd shapes of the two bunnies, the two
"bolts/holes", the two pairs of apples, and all that stuff), but I strongly feel that this, along with these two individuals, is very important towards reaching the conclusion.

Also, the two apples closely resemble one of Magrittes' most popular paintings. It is a painting called 'Binocular View' looking outwards into the horizon with binocular vision. You could say that the two apples hanging side-by-side can resemble the shape you see when looking through binoculars - two circles partially overlapping with an area which merges attributes from the two seperate circles. I am immidiately reminded of the Japanese and North American market becoming one with the launch of MS's new console. Remember guys, this thing has to do with circles.
Maybe I'm looking too hard, but I feel like we've just scratched the surface. There are many different things which can be directly or indirectly related to this. Who knows, maybe something which will be discovered in these origen images will have a more direct relation to these two individuals/their theories.

This is my current theory from what I've been able to gather thus far.

Thanks, I appreciate it. It's better here than on some other forums where people think the 'apples' have to do with the 'apple ipod'. Rolling Eyes
