Milwaukee is the far north to some?
I swear Wisconsin peeps are made to withstand the cold. They must have some special genetic advantage. Last winter I'd be walking around with full winter gear and would see entire families in shorts and tshirts.
Besides, the real nuts are those people that live up in the arctic grip of Canada.
