Cubefest-Photos. http://www.flickr.com/photos/19552927@N00/
I'm just off to bed but here are some pics I took of cubefest yesterday. I would just like to say how lovely I thought everyone was, in particular James, Craig, Chippy, Jay, Guy and everyone else who carried on after the HaHa Bar.
I hope that most don't recognise what goes on in the pics because it is mostly pictures of complete stranges getting interested in PPC-due to our (the people who made it to The Chandos) commitment to the goodness to the game. My favourite momnet (*other than the couple groping each others genitals in the pub holding on to milo*) was on the tube home where four seperate people were engrosed in the cards that I gave them. Sadly my rubbish camera was less excited and decided to give up 30 secs before. There are also some crack dealers who may get interested in the game but I didn't speak to those chaps for that long-they're not great people however they did wear the sticker i gave them.
They were less good compared to eveyone at cubefest 2005 part 1-a great success.
Thankfully we know there will be another (official one) before Christmas hopefully there will be many more informal meets. I look forward to seeing you all there.
EDITS for terrible spelling.

Well that's a silly way to spell your name, you may as well call yourself Jhey and be done with it.

*grins* Well, as it's unlikely that he'll be able to post here and defend himself, I can confirm that it's a nickname/abbreviation, so it does have some reasoning behind it...we actually had a fairly random conversation about it yesterday, erm, the point of which escapes me now entirely...

Good job on the photos, particularly your cat at the end I was extremely pissed in the picture of us in the tube station, I did manage to stumble home though without incident. My head still hurts No more drinking for me....

I felt fine actually, I think drinking shadies for the first six hours helped, as well as not drinking all those shots. I feared for Craig when they were all laid out in front of him.

I think the moral of the story is not to order shots for people who don't want them and then drink them yourself!

here are mine taken with a cameraphone

also there, are the sneaky peak cards.
it was great, stumbling around Victoria train station, I found one person doing a book of suduko, one person reading Dan brown, and one doing jumbo crossword. they were all really intruiged.
funniest part of whole night - the fondling whilst holding the card!
best part of day, meeting everyone, and winning the quiz! woo

You mean you haven't got the A4 copies of the two cards?

I'm waiting for the day that someone comes online saying that they *insert something that I've done* and they really like the idea..and they're pretty...and the win the money...and they give it to me....and so on.
Why do you think the two pics that have the most views are the one with the fondling and the one with the 'phone chat lines' cards in?

Didn't I get all the leftover shots (and beers)? Suprisingly, except for MASSIVE hunger I felt fine when I got up in the morning to go drag racing... a whole 4 hours after I got home and went to bed.
Oh, and I don't drink alcohol.
