I have almost lost my patience with these people now. Just hurry up and decide damn it! Heh, i'm far too impatient.
Also, who are Grenn Day? Are they similar to Green Day?

Yeah... same music, sound the same, look the same. Just a really good knock-off of the original.

a sequel in the works
If there is one, I won't be bothering with it.

I will. Despite the bloody awkward wait for the winner, you have to admit, it has been a lot of fun. I don't really think there is going to be a sequel though. Or a winner for this one. Pity really. So who reckons they are in with a chance at being the winner when (if?) they are ever decided?
Anyone feel like they came very close? If so, how early on?

Yes it was alot of fun. I think alot of people forget that this wasn't your typical ARG put out solely for our entertainment. Since this was a contest with a big reward, I'm sure the PMs had a gazillion rules they had to follow like not being able to give hints to individual players or not being able to stray too far from the predetermined plan. If you look at the game as what it actually was and not as what a great ARG it could have been, it was pretty darn good, IMHO.

Absolutely agree there. There were many plus points to the game, but the ending has soured the experience for many. As I've said before the premise was fantastic, and with the lessons Stella learnt here I'd love to see something from them in the future.
You've gotta admit the devil is damn stylish

The main reason people felt that this game was spoilt for them was because either they found out they weren't elligable to enter, (Not from the UK), or found that the puzzle was too hard. But it was for almost 11 grand, what did they expect? A bloody spot-the-difference? The only real annoying thing for me is the wait for the winner to be announced, but come on, how many people were trying for this? How many entries must the poor people who are judging this competition contemplate? At least tens of thousands, probably a lot more. And how woud they judge who came closest? Man, I don't blame them for taking for ever to decide. I know I would!

I think that the anniversary day for this game should be a few days from now, maybe on October don't you think ?
Maybe something WILL change then, or there might be a clue from the PM's?
All the same - it WAS in did a great fun participating these difficult and interesting long puzzle, although i couldn't win it...
So let us wait until October - maybe there would be anything new...
Cheers !

Also, I'd like to say that the reason a lot o fpeople are disappointed is not because the puzzle was too hard, but because the puzzle didn't really make sense within the context of the ARG. Also, because the ARG was not well done, in that we did not have the option to /not/ betray Jon and still progress with the story.
