What about all the coloured pixels framing the picture?

from what I gathered from that link that Snowchyld gave us, it's a result of the magic-image process.

It's an artefact on the original image though, not after magic image was applied.
Well, off to the pub now anyway, I might find out in the morning

So Monica's dead - probably by the hands of "V" the male.
Third Power is still existant -> that knowledge got Pietro killed, there's no doubt.
Scarlett's off on a romp BY HERSELF to a town that isn't on any maps. 50 bucks said Brede gets killed.
And all those lucky British ARGers get to meet at Imperial College.
Time's like these I rue being in Canada.
What do we do from here guys?
1) We should get a list of ALL the people we emailed about Sylvia, Monica, etc etc.
2) Wait for the innevitable Sentinel post about a murder/suicide.
oh, right, and 3) pray for our souls cause we just got 2 people killed! :O

Gar -- can anyone tell me why, when I Control A on the picture in Firefox, I see nothing unusual at all? I have to open the page in Internet Explorer to see the text.

Because it's a quirk of how IE displays that it has selected images. Firefox does it in a different way. Basically (I think), IE only selects every second dot, and inverts that. Quite strange really...

i just had this horrible premonition monica would die... mind you, i thought it would be because sylvia didnt get the message re change of time, and so the murderer slipped in at 9am and did monica and then sylvia turned up at 5pm to find a dead body. Sylvia says 'i found the door open' so i assume the murderer wasnt long gone, but sylvia didnt meet anyone on her way, but she says 'i saw a few people leaving their rooms' or something like that... also sylvia had to ask to be let into AP verbally, and if the assasin had asked, their voice would have been recognised...

Monica told Pietro the conspiracy had infiltrated all levels of Perplexian society. Certainly a good place to hold would be a detective in the police force. Think about it, Pietro didn't tell anyone about his contact with the Advisor except Helena Frye. Sylvia contacts Helena Frye and Monica gets it. Coinicidence?
Maybe, maybe not.
Of course, there are other explanations, but it does seem convenient. I'm not saying that V is HF, only that she's part of the organization.

Searched all over for some steganography software for my mac to decrypt
the forest picture (probably not going about it the right way). Found a couple "PictureSpy" and "Pict Encrypt" but need a decryption key to unlock any data. "Rudon" seems the obvious one (pictures subject) but no luck.
Maybe someone can have a proper go at this who knows what they are doing?
I'm really tired after information overload day!!!
edit: don't think it is steg as the bright pixels are clearly visible

What if Sylvia wasn't the one who sent this to us? What if none of what she said was true? What if somebody killed her and made it look like she gave up on life and killed herself?
It's possible...

Thinking like that, who says she's even dead?

I was thinking that, too. How could no one have noticed Sylvia leaving Monica's apartment, all the way home, with all that blood all over her, and not do anything about it... if that's what really happened?!? Something's amiss!

Here's a wild spec!
Sylvia is a "true believer!"
We can't trust anything she's told us. She killed the Advisor after we found Monica for her and then created the story to confuse us.
That would put us back to square one. The clue at Imperial College will just be a red herring and probably lead us to the wrong place.
*Just had to get that out...*
But seriously, as much as things don't necessarily add up, it seems unlikely that anyone other than Pietro, Sylvia or one of her relatives could modify the family website...
Or one of her relatives...hmmm.
It is possible as we don't know much about her brother, but it seems equally unlikely. These are just some ideas that occurred to me that I thought someone might get an inspiration from.
