Why do you guys think these other mailboxes are even in-game?

They simply appear to be other voicemail boxes on a network. If the best you've got is that someone #'d out into the system from the one mailbox we found legitimately, I really don't know that we oughta be poking around too much.

I'm guessing this is Vietnameese seeing as how WTF616 and Tony are mentioned as being so.

However, as somebody just pointed out to me, there is mention of something going on in China so...

I have friends at work who speak Chinese, I'll slap this in my mp3 player and run it by them.

In listening to the .mp3 that chippy posted earlier...With my limited knowledge of Mandarin, I believe the recording is of a Christian pastor or a Buddhist monk giving a sermon. I don't believe it's in-game at all.

By the way, I asked on IRC last night as to what the differences are between voicemail directory searching vs. web-site directory searching.

colin gave a good response that voicemail directories may or may not be in-game, but web-site directories are definitely in-game. Nevertheless, both actions may be unintended by the PMs and seem brute-force-ish.

I agree with krystyn that these numbers simply appear to be other voicemail boxes on a network. If it was me, I wouldn't bother searching voicemail boxes at this point...seems very far-fetched and not in-game.

Hey guys...I created a new thread here for transcripts and recordings so people can find them easily. Hey Chippy, do you mind posting the recordings you made there instead, for organization's sake?
