Neo's boss in the Matrix

Surely they'll still have him working for Metacortex if they have Thomas Anderson still on their Redland database directory? Would be worth checking out if there is a first name for him. Wasn't his surname Rhineheart? Question Question

Yes it was, but apparently he didn't have a first name at all...
At least I didn't find it in any cast listings etc

I've been thinking the same thing. Tried about 50 different "common" names for him... I agree that he simply must be in their db, but:
- could be in different location's db (if they ever go up)
- we might have to wait for a clue as to his first name

A bit off topic, but relevant nevertheless:

- If Neo is still in the db after being transferred to another unit, Rhineheart should be there too. Currently working there or not.

So, I'm thinking theres 3 possibilities:
1) He IS in there, and we just haven't found him yet

2) He's not there, and that's a clue (been erased, along the lines of Avery?) - I don't think that one's likely though.

3) He's not there because the db we have access to is not for the same department which we see Neo working for in the Matrix.. Maybe the db we have access to is from the department Neo worked in, BEFORE the storyline of the 1st movie?

You forgot the most obvious thing:
The archive says (as far as i remember atm, the site is too busy to load now :) that only those can be found in the database publicly who didn't request their removal.
Maybe after we are able to log in...

The MOST obvious is that the ARG overlooked his character.

Somehow I don't think that's very likely...

He's not there... somebody hacked the flash file and found the xml document that's "feeding" the fake database... so far we've discovered all the names the program holds.
