Our operative witnessed brothers using this page to access secret documents. Unfortunately, he was unable to discern many details on its use. One specific method he observed involved adding the string link=museum to the page.

At the repeated request of numerous WARN operatives, we have assigned an analyst to review your current status in the investigation of http://arcanum-ultor.com. Once he completes his analysis, it will be available on omnifam.org as document ID ccpu58.

From what I can tell, http://followersoframbaldi.com/museum/Devices/box_heart this is the latest update on the album, updated yesterday/today (depending on where you are) by 'nostradamus'. I don't know if this is noteworthy or not, but there it is.
