Haven't had the time, Mountain Girl, and I appologize for that. I'm leaving around 5 am for a school trip to NYC, but I will be able to check it out at some point on Monday. Still, based on what I've deduced, it really doesn't look like the key is there, yet, but I'll confirm that its an actual place, with anything actually there.

Glad to have ya back Duckie. =)

On to the subject at hand:
I took the liberty to go ahead and look up the dates of the major phases of the moon for the rest of the year so we'd have them for reference if the need arises. (For the wiki volunteers, this might be a handy reference Very Happy )

September
New Moon - 3rd
First Quarter - 11th
Full Moon - 18th
Last Quarter - 25th

October
New Moon - 3rd
First Quarter - 10th
Full Moon - 17th
Last Quarter - 25th

November
New Moon - 2nd
First Quarter - 9th
Full Moon - 16th
Last Quarter - 23rd

December
New Moon - 1st
First Quarter - 8th
Full Moon - 15th
Last Quarter - 23rd
New Moon - 31st

Just an observation, but I believe the stones on Islington's notebook, and Toby's scribe page are obsidian. Toby's may be snowflake obsidian.

I dont think obsidian snowflakes like that, its more splotchy and not really purple. If we can find out exactly what kind of stone they are im sure it could be a clue.

I guess I just must have a crap moniter.....I cannot see anything other than a vague outline for both stones. In fact, the one on Toby's page looks more like a cigarette burn to me and the one near the journal really does not show at all!

I have adjusted everything that I know how to adjust (brightness, color, contrast) on my moniter to no avail. Sad

'Tis a shame....I am pretty good at identifying stones. My best friend's mom makes jewelry. Sad I will see if I can get to another comp in the next couple of days.

jillah pie: I had not thought of that....good point! Wink

Curiouser and curiouser....

Maybe this will help incog. I lightened and sharpened the two images a bit.

Also

http://www.oldmap.co.uk/TudorLondon2.html

Here is the map that was used on the newest page of book zero. I just google image searched "tudor london" and this is the page it is on. The "Old map company"'s logo at the bottom reminds me of one of the symbols on sixsidedsquare's scribe page.

Edit: also also

http://www.tortuga.com/eng/decode/index.php

Put in tomorrows date (oct 3 2005) and it says

"Since you are a Skywalker your seal code number is 13."

There is more info if you click through those pages is gives you.

Maybe (and it's a big maybe) it could be a sodalite which seems to be related to the third eye chakra??

Those stones look they've been poslished and painted with some sort of floral deign...

Red Self-Existing Skywalker
I Define in order to Explore
Measuring Wakefullness
I seal the Output of Space
With the Self-Existing tone of Form
I am guided by the power of Universal Water

just thought I'd add that, it's a poem that the planet art network gave me...
