Odd to complain about that item when you've forced up the price of that other "2 silvers" auction by placing an early bid!! (You bugger, I've got my eye on that!!) You obviously haven't been using ebay long!! Place early bids = either pay a silly price or don't win the item...

You should know then that it can deter potential bidders.

I wanted to see what the other person's maximun bid was (£19) and then hope that someone would out bid me.
Maximum price for a silver card-£7.

I wish you hadn't tested it out on /that/ auction I'm very unlikely to bid on it now as its likely to go >£30 for those two silvers which is just silly. As someone said a couple of messages ago (Wouldn't it be convenient if we could see the thread above, while we're replying!) better to just buy £30 worth of cards and trade the blacks/silvers for the ones you want...

Now up to £40 with 4 hours to go for 24 cards including 2 silvers. £40 would buy you 16 packs of cards from Firebox...

Set of 24 cards including silver going for only £8.00 on eBay UK.
Where's this £40/£100 coming from? US eBay?
EDIT: Make that £11

This was an auction for 24 cards that finished last night. Yes it includes two rare silvers (which I personally need both of! but £100? Seems a little ott to me!

Is that person stupid?
£100 would get you 40 packs resulting in a probable four silver cards. Idiocy in the extreme.

Well i personally have had 45 packs and received a total of 1 silver (which i already had through trading). Not sure where the one in 10 packs figure has got to in my case. Still wouldn't have paid 100 pounds for it though
