I really would like to help, but my 'quick summary' would have to include all the factors that led us to this point in time, thereby rendering it about as long as all these posts here.
If you have any specific questions I'd be happy to assist you. But there is no sustitute to reading through the forum posts. (There really aren't that many).

I appreciate the interest, and I understand what you mean. I'm not only new to this ARG, but to ARG's as a whole, so I'm a bit at a loss of what to do. I wish I had been around here when Ilovebees was goin' on, but it's not. So. This is my starting point. Any tips? <Waits to be called a n00blet and ridiculed> =3

Right now in the "Announcements" box on this page, for me it says:
What is an ARG?
Read imbri's Quickstart Guide
So I think that's a place to start. Then there's the ARG Player Tutorial linked from this page as well.
If you read both of those, and then read this thread from the start, you should be as up-to-speed as can be expected.

What Worker said pretty much sums it up
And just so you know, we at unfiction don't ridicule people (at least, not unless there's a good reason for it). You may get a friendly trout every now and again or bringing up previously covered material, but that's about as far as we go. All in all we're a friendly bunch. Enjoy your time here, and again, any questions, don't be afraid to ask.

Yo I've found a new page.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.fallingintime.com/go60go
Put 2+2 together from the E-mail mentioned in The Historian conversation transcripts thread.
It looks like they're planning to have another drop off point again.
-edit-
Wait; hey! Whadya know. This might be just what we were looking for, the "rift" that "will last for 4 hours" or maybe it's something else completely.

Oops! I guess I probably should've looked for a board or something. So far I've only been looking at this thread and this thread alone.. and any links posted here.

Trying to pull some threads together... maybe vaporthreads, I don't know... but
From the "believe" page: Vengeance is spelled wrong (it's missing an "e")
From the "murphyjewlers" page: it's spelled wrong (also missing an "e")
The "power" page connects "power" and "letter"
If the letter is "e" - then that might lead to "mc2" and other energy-related or Einsteinian associations.
Interestingly, going to
http://www.fallingintime.com/missing
gets me to a real 404 page, not the lost one.

I went back through the pages and the courage page changed. Did any one else catch that? I don't know if it's helpful or anything though.

Heh.. did we not mention that on the forum? That changed ages ago, it was discussed and solved in IRC (Server: irc.chat-solutions.org Channel: #icarus). I should make a note to transfer any information over more often. It lead us to http://www.fallingintime.com/40feet .
