[UPDATE] [PUZZLE] www.fallingintime.com/power

With regards to Nep's post here, I thought I would start a new topic for discussion on the new power page and the puzzle contained. Because, well, that thread is just too long.

So, it seems to be a crossword clue type of puzzle. Any ideas?

EDIT - the first is lyrics from a Franz Ferdinand song, 'You could have it so much better'

EDIT2 - the second is also from a FF song.. Take Me Out. Hum.

Here's the words on the power page:

Quote:
...GOON ON MY TV SCREEN TELLING US ALL THAT (15)
YOU KNOW I'M HERE WAITING FOR YOU (1)
YOUR LUCKY LUCKY YOU'RE SO LUCKY (3)
WELL THAT WAS EASY
I KNOW THAT YOU WILL SURRENDER (9)
WELL WHAT'S WRONG WITH A LITTLE DESTRUCTION? (3)
IT'S THE FIRST RULE OF THIS BUSINESS

'your' is not a typo.

i also tried /twentysix and /26 - they didn't work Sad

Thanks, sollune! Now, to match them all up to the appropriate Franz Ferdinand songs:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

..GOON ON MY TV SCREEN TELLING US ALL THAT (15) - You could have it so much better
YOU KNOW I'M HERE WAITING FOR YOU (1) - Take Me Out
YOUR LUCKY LUCKY YOU'RE SO LUCKY (3) - Do You Want To
WELL THAT WAS EASY - Well That Was Easy (heh)
I KNOW THAT YOU WILL SURRENDER (9) - Darts Of Pleasure
WELL WHAT'S WRONG WITH A LITTLE DESTRUCTION? (3) - The Fallen
IT'S THE FIRST RULE OF THIS BUSINESS - ? Not sure yet.

Edit: It's already posted above..

Although I think the last phrase isn't in the lyrics of any song by Franz Ferdinand...

Ok, through a little trial and error, I think I have it:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Use the number as an index into the song titles, ie for the first one take the 15th letter (S) and so on. You come up with something a bit like:

http://www.fallingintime.com/style

Which, is, indeed, the first rule of this business, according to Section 32 Smile

"All for you Sophia" is yet another line from a Franz Ferdinand song.

I thought that 'Style is the first rule of this business' was a direct Section 32 quote, but upon searching UF I can't find it anywhere. It certainly rings bells as something they would say, though, so maybe I'm just being ineffective at searching.

"Style is everything, honey"

Btw: Do the latest pages take long for everyone or is it just me?
Style still hasn't displayed itself, yet...

Edit: It seems like the pages won't display for the first time. I always need a second try, but then they immediately pop up. Firefox problem?
