May I ask for clarification then? The clue is SOS? Not Morse Code? Sorry, I'm not entirely up to speed on this new episode yet.

I'm pretty sure the clue is Morse Code, as we haven't yet seen the clue be the same as an episode title.

It is also entirely possible that the clue is Morse Kode, based on the misspelling shown on the piece of particleboard Jim was moving around over at Shadrach's place. I've wondered exactly WHY they chose to spell it that way, but no obvious anagrams or anything are leaping out at me...anyone?

My guess is production error. The code for C is identical to K except for a trailing dot which could easily have been obscured or overlooked in the rush to compress 8 episodes into 2.

Since it is clued with a C everywhere else, I'm sticking with morse code.

Morse Kode

Hi folks,

Morse Kode, with that particular spelling, appears to be an Iconian font (quite a few references on Google), and the Danish spelling of Morse Code.

Don't know if any of this is helpful...

Thanks for that piece of information, but I could have googled that for myself.

(tongue planted firmly in cheek)

Google has GOT to be doing some serious sort of stealth marketing campaign with the TV networks. Jameson Jones' mention of "googling" Jimbo is the second such mention in two days on cult network TV shows, behind Willow's mention of "googling" Cassie Newton on Buffy T.V.S. on UPN.

Ah, I love the smell of cyber-payola in the morning. Smells like....victory.

Methinks Google as a verb has made its way into the cultural vernacular.

Then if that's the case and I worked in their trademark dept. I would be TOTALLY foaming at the mouth thinking of all the potential marketing fees that were being lost here. I mean, Google(TM) as an entity's only been around for, what, like four years or so? WAAAAAAAY too early for them to be ceding rights on potentially lucrative TV show mentions up to the public domain.

It's all about workin' that LEVERAGE!!!!!!

Henceforth, every time I mention that word that begins with "G" and ends with "oogle" on this board or elsewhere, I will be contributing 10% of the actual value of my post, or approximately .00000000000001 cent Canadian, to a fund established for Starving Forcibly Bankrupted Internet Search Engine Designers' Worthless Stock Option Replacement Retiree Pensions. C'mon people, let's give something BACK to the community here!!!!

S.O.S was the last morse code phrase stated in the opening credits. Its the title, not the clue.
