Spoiler (Rollover to View):
In relation to the previous comment, while searching google i've discovered that 35mm is a common measurement for film..... I found many black and white films that were 35mm, but i'm not sure if there are color ones too?

35mm film is pretty common, at least it was until the digital camera age (mid 1990's)
It could have something to do with a 35mm black and white pic though....

Since there are 8, 35s, I have even looked up events that happened in august (8th.month) 1935, nothing that even came close to working though.

There have been 4 (recorded) people solve it so far, Most done it the first day...... I have a feeling that the answer is going to be obvious.......

Actually you can't complete it because the puzzle is not even finished yet....... I think he should have made that clear before you start it but he didn't Evil or Very Mad
That was the main reason for me, to finish something that no one else has but it's kinda addictive after you get so far into it......

complete level 35?

Actually there are people who solved level 35. One teacher of mine who showed me frvade and got me hooked on it completed it. But he won't give me any hints to any levels. So actually there are people who have finished it.[/i]

Only four people have been recorded to have beaten level 35.

FWIW,

Frvade posted this in the thread msg board:

"....The only hint I'll give out is that you need to go in media res on the decoding."

...not sure what that means.

QUOTE FROM FRVADE HIMSELF:
All the hints you need are in the level... Other people have solved it, so you know it isn't impossible.
Now if I could write a clue, it'd be a sensation,
But, I can't you see, I'm just a caucasian,
And no matter what I say, it just won't fly,
'Cause, you see, I'm only a white guy.
The only hint I'll give out is that you need to go in media res on the decoding.

WOW that tells me alot Rolling Eyes

So what's going on in the media that has anything to do with this puzzle??

in media res - "Into the middle of things" — by Horace, refers to the literary technique of beginning a narrative in the middle of, or at a late point in, the story, after much action has already taken place. Examples include the Iliad, the Odyssey, and Paradise Lost.
