I think its probably getting a bit of hammer at the moment.

It might have run out of connections or just be bogged down

this was why I tried paintover in case there is a limit on connections per IP. Paintover has a different Ip address

 		I can login just fine, but can't do anything. I get a 550 whenever I try to do a directory. I'm thinking we have to figure out the name of a subdirectory and change to it where we will find something.

 		that's Dutch. At least partly. Referring to The Netherlands' largest island.

Edit: Ok so that's clear from just reading everything Smile It's interresting though that not everything refers to the island... which leaves the only common denominator between all lines in the file, the actual word "texel"

 		Interesting, and confusing. Texel is a real island, apparently, and a breed of sheep, and a bunch of other things that that document refers to. Google turns up a lot of results for just "Texel."

This seems almost like Lorum Ipsum-type text.

 		That's from googlism.com. Type in Texel and those are exactly the results you get. I doubt it's very significant.
