This has been covered here, and it's pretty much the group consensus, that this is just an odd, artsy site.

Also, please note that this space is not for news or rumors (meaning, it's not for "is this an ARG?" talk. That would be in the "News and Rumors" space.) Here, is where ARGs have definitely been found, and are moving along, but don't yet merit their own space on the forums. Thanks dude!
