Yes, the Red Queen is Trinity, in one of the Animatrix movies.

RED QUEEN!? Why are you asking that question?

Yes, the Red Queen was in "Detective's Story" (an Animatrix short)? It turned out to be Trinity.

So tell me how this has to do with the metacortex sites. Where is it found.

You must not be fully addicted to this yet, guest. Do a search on Red Queen here - one of the threads included the relevant paragraph from Alice in Wonderland. It hasn't officially been found anywhere, but I (for one) keep thinking it will be a good password attempt or something like that.
