My wife is Japanese and she watched the animation in detail. It's very hard to read, and is not perfectly in Japanese, but this is what she came up with:

13 companies (have joined?)
font makers
and have released
a unique viewpoint:
the book that stands in the way of the ...(reader's? writer's?) eye

Also the word "information" repeated many times.

) - but has anyone else seen the phrase 'beards are good' flashing over the 'Sophie artschool film'? Sadly can't pause the movie, so can't verify the words completely...

is it possible for yr wife to look at the front of the notebook as well.. there are several "what looks like japanese" words as well..

I am curious on hoqw they translate..

Again, sorry if this has been covered...

So I decompiled the sophiemovie.swf to see what was inside:

(My decompiler crops off the end of some of the symbols, so missing a little bit)

"chinese whispers in the tower of Babel"
"Sophie was a good dog"
"etc..."
"break out of this loop."
some sort of circuit diagram
"nothing happens"
"egohurts" (I think) overlaid on an &
Another circuit diagram with "end" overlaid

The font used for the links on the triska main site is very similar to those strange words on the cover of "Book Zero"

Using http://www.shabdkosh.com/ to translate, I think the hindi words are just the translations of the english words on the cover (i.e. mango, rose, nest, etc).

Went on a mission to that community centre. It was all locked up - most interesting thing I saw was a planning application stuck on a sign pole.

So... what's next? If anyone thinks it's worth it I might try check out Baker Street. Otherwise, I think the only thing we got left is for someone to check out that address in Wales.
