I have a partial translation for the twofish code.

V[(:Mmeyknf/wwM#mF)zfw[)nP<WwV5^{l)A

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
CRYPTography

Twofish
RipeMD
CFB?bit

-----
It actually uses the same cipher key that we already know how to translate. It's just happens to be a ROT-10 of it. The only problem is, I don't know what number the { stands for or how to use this to solve the other cipher.

Do these three hint on different encryption methods, we have to make use of?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Twofish,
RIPEMD (RACE Integrity Primitives Evaluation Message Digest) and
CFB (Cipher-Feedback-Modus)

@Rowan
ROT exists for non-alphabetic letters, too? Well, then...so, it's rot-ting the Ascii values or how does it work? I try to figure out later.

I agree with PatRol in that the short cipher on twofish contains 3 encryption methods we have to look into. Because, basically, we have 3 different ciphers which are somehow base64-related, one of those being two strings (to make 4 separate strings in total) on the picture.
Seems like we've got work to do...

You can do this one of two ways. Either do a straight translation of the ciphertext, and then ROT, or you can shift the cipher key so that you come out with the correct translation.

For example, the stuff on paris/imp.html is a ROT-13 of our known cipher key.

Code:

a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z <-- Plain text
D E i j m n x y z A B C # $ / ; k l a b P F e f ) _ <-- Cipher text
$ / ; k l a b P F e f ) _ D E i j m n x y z a B C # <-- ROT-13

The first two cipher "words" on imp are 8nlzFx$mli_FvmlPxEv . Using the key above, a straight translation would be .frivgnerczv erugb . Using the ROT-13 shift, you get .sevitarepmi rehto which is also what you would get if you ran .frivgnerczv erugb through a ROT applet. (Of course, you still have to flip it to get other imperatives, but that doesn't have anything to do with the cipher key).

For the twofish solve, I solved it using the normal key, than just ran it through the ROT applet. Easier than trying to figure out what the shift was on the fly.
