I still think wearing purple is potentialy a bad idea...

The known facts:
1) The 3p folks know of the weneedtofindthem site.
2) They know the identity of 'UEN1'.
3) They are "moving to isolate and neutralise him".
4) They will be montoring the events.
5) "If they try to come, we have contingencies in place..."
5) "you will be required to verify your identity at a number of waypoints before we meet"
6) They do not want you to learn the 7th keyword!

Obviously, if a large group of people wearing purple show up, you will be identified as being affiliated with UEN1. It would make sense therefore for them to mis-direct you in your search if you are identified as a member of his group.

If UEN1 does actually make it to the meet-up alive, you will have extra difficulty in identifying him; it would be much easier to spot one person in purple than trying to identify one person out of many in purple( unless everyone that will attend meets up elsewhere first - which isn't guaranteed)

Another problem is that the agent this meeting is actually for will also be there. And if he is also wearing purple, so that he can go undetected by hiding in plain sight, then you will have the same difficulty in identifying him. The instructions, "If necessary, use a contact you trust and give them the standard cover story.", sounds like this is a possibility.

Anyways, Trust No One. And good luck! I'm sure things will play out OK. I'm just jealous that I can't be there. [ But, it might be a good idea for a few people to purposely NOT wear any purple - just in case ]

Oh God, I wasn't going to come, as I was sure I had too much to do. But it's just getting so exciting, I'll have to. Bit anxious I've no idea what the VOIP stuff means (and other things like that), but hopefully I'll just catch up! Could be a nerve-wracking day - never been neutralised before in my entire life...
Edit: oh no, that makes it look like I'm UEN1! I'm not by the way, honest!! Damn, not sure I can find anything purple either.

So do any of the pictures (either the Radio Backdoor pictures or the Intelligence Report pictures) include either of the operatives? Anyone remember what they look like? I know it doesn't actually matter, seeing as how we'll probably never see them again. Just out of curiosity, really.
