Conversation with Toby About The Envelope and Triscal

OK, this is long but I did edit some just personal chit-chat. I will go back and bold text things I think are important. Bare with me. I know you guys wanted this as soon as possible. So here goes.

mountaingirl13books: greetings Toby
vibrationthirteen: hi MG!
mountaingirl13books: How are you?
vibrationthirteen: alright thanks
vibrationthirteen: been ill the last few days
mountaingirl13books: I'm sorry to hear that
vibrationthirteen: thanks
mountaingirl13books: Welshmam did a recon mission to the monkey cafe and came up with something quite interesting.
mountaingirl13books: I had called them looking for the book
mountaingirl13books: then asked her to go in person and put up the flyer I emailed her
mountaingirl13books: The envelope provided info that may be for you it says:
vibrationthirteen: an envelope? where?
mountaingirl13books: 1st one was gold
written on the front is
KEY!
and the name rhiannon
on the reverse

for Toby
before Friday
13:13pm
@
monkey13

vibrationthirteen: wow
vibrationthirteen: I havent seen it
vibrationthirteen: what was in it? or is it being left for me?
mountaingirl13books: She hasn't scanned it yet. She just got back
vibrationthirteen: or rhiannon?
vibrationthirteen: who is she?
mountaingirl13books: welshmam
vibrationthirteen: have we met?
vibrationthirteen: this is incredible!
vibrationthirteen: hehehe
mountaingirl13books: I don't think so.
vibrationthirteen: strange
vibrationthirteen: do they know who left it there?
mountaingirl13books: Here's how it went down
mountaingirl13books:

i went into the monkey and asked a member of staff if they would put up the flyer at the same time i asked did any of the bar staff know anything about 13 books

a bloke in his twenties who was by the bar said yes
is it somthing to do with izlington
i said yes
he then went off to talk to a bloke with a beard
the manager said she would put the flyer in the window
and someone else behind the bar gave me a gold envelope
and said sorry it has been opened

i ordered a coffee and went to a table to look at what i was given
i left another flyer on the table in case anyone wanted to conect with me

vibrationthirteen: wow
vibrationthirteen: So Izlington's been spotted???
mountaingirl13books: I suppose
vibrationthirteen: or is it by acociation...
mountaingirl13books: or someone working for him was there
vibrationthirteen: right
vibrationthirteen: curious
vibrationthirteen: *strokes chin*
mountaingirl13books: What was his last instructions to you?
vibrationthirteen: Who's?
vibrationthirteen: Is?
mountaingirl13books: Islington's
vibrationthirteen: I havent heard him since after I left the Book.
vibrationthirteen: I've been ill too
vibrationthirteen: mainly exhaustion
vibrationthirteen: and a chest infection
mountaingirl13books: ooh, nasty
vibrationthirteen: I had to clear up all that negativity too
vibrationthirteen: make that statement...
mountaingirl13books: Yes, that can do horrible things to our natural balance health wise
vibrationthirteen: I wasnt apologising for Islington, he had his strategy
vibrationthirteen: I have faith that we did the right thing
vibrationthirteen: yes, it knocked me for Six
mountaingirl13books: I have so many questions
vibrationthirteen: oh, ok
vibrationthirteen: fire away
mountaingirl13books: If you make the webpages for Iz, you must know certain clues, yes? I'm not trying to pull down the curtain as some would say, I just don't quite understand
vibrationthirteen: Yes
vibrationthirteen: with the clues pre-London
vibrationthirteen: I was getting instructions daily
vibrationthirteen: But they were fairly abstract
vibrationthirteen: like, make a link between Blake and Newton, in one page.
mountaingirl13books: But you've not heard from him since the book drop?
vibrationthirteen: I didnt know where he was suggesting but I made an educated guess
vibrationthirteen: gradually we narrowed it down
mountaingirl13books: I see. That clears up a lot
vibrationthirteen: And all the descriptions we unearthed....
vibrationthirteen: Islington needed them
mountaingirl13books: perhaps this envelope is meant to inform you of a new change
vibrationthirteen: the research was vital
mountaingirl13books: vital for the recovery of the books?
vibrationthirteen: it made the reality of Islington (the Place) and Islington (the Character) one.
vibrationthirteen: vital in the existence of Islington
vibrationthirteen: TimeLoops
mountaingirl13books: hmmm
vibrationthirteen: I'm no scientist
vibrationthirteen: but logically, if, in the Future, someone was to discover the ability to reverse in Time...
vibrationthirteen: eventually some time in the not so distant Future,
vibrationthirteen: we'd encounter him
mountaingirl13books: do the envelopes mean anything to you from the little info we have so far about them?
vibrationthirteen: How we'd encounter him is still up for question
vibrationthirteen: so far it's been emails and messages and notes in Books
vibrationthirteen: Islington seems to get his 'power' from Psychometry
vibrationthirteen: going into the Mind of objects
vibrationthirteen: hence the significance of the moon
vibrationthirteen: I'm not sure of it
vibrationthirteen: I havent exactly had the time, with all of the chaos, to 'study' him
mountaingirl13books: Should we send you the envelope?
vibrationthirteen: Who's it addressed to?
vibrationthirteen: Rhiannon
vibrationthirteen: I dont know what it has to do with Book Zero though
mountaingirl13books: rhiannon on one side and on the reverse it says for Toby before Friday 13:13
vibrationthirteen: that is definitely in London
vibrationthirteen: oh...
mountaingirl13books: Key next to the name Rhiannon
vibrationthirteen: maybe that's why things got out of balance
vibrationthirteen: the key was late
vibrationthirteen: 2L8
vibrationthirteen: sigh
vibrationthirteen: that makes sense...
mountaingirl13books: yes. so what do you think our direction is now?
vibrationthirteen: London
vibrationthirteen: we need to get active
mountaingirl13books: I've been as active as I can from the states
vibrationthirteen: every night that passes, Book Zero becomes a more faint and distant memory
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: I appreciate that
vibrationthirteen: I like your initiative
mountaingirl13books: I've made the flyers, I've called the library, TDD went to the library, I've called london Radio stations.
vibrationthirteen: to discover an envelope from the other side of the world....
vibrationthirteen: Wow
vibrationthirteen: Thank You!
mountaingirl13books: The radio stations won't even give a shout-out
vibrationthirteen: Go Scribe!
mountaingirl13books: lol
vibrationthirteen: gahh
vibrationthirteen: hehe
vibrationthirteen: why not?
mountaingirl13books: I don't know why they won't
vibrationthirteen: ooops sorry
mountaingirl13books: They're ignoring us
vibrationthirteen: what did they say
mountaingirl13books: nothing, that's the problem
vibrationthirteen: who did you try?
vibrationthirteen: maybe it's about Targetting
mountaingirl13books: I emailed, others called. It's expensive for me to call overseas and I've already made about 6 calls. That's a lot given my current financial situation
vibrationthirteen: yeah
vibrationthirteen: sorry
mountaingirl13books: who should we try?
mountaingirl13books: I tried the capitol station and radio 1
vibrationthirteen: maybe you can be a strategy head and we can make the calls from britain
vibrationthirteen: ok
vibrationthirteen: theres one, called Magic FM
vibrationthirteen: they like this kind of thing I think

mountaingirl13books: Magic FM, you say?
vibrationthirteen: that says alot
mountaingirl13books: I'll see if I can find their number on the internet and make one more call.
vibrationthirteen: are you recording your progress?
vibrationthirteen: for the biography Wink
mountaingirl13books: in the forums. and some on my blog
vibrationthirteen: great one
vibrationthirteen: you're a star Jess
mountaingirl13books: Thanks. You're not so bad yourself
vibrationthirteen: don't over do it though
vibrationthirteen: we've got to spread the load...
mountaingirl13books: I agree. Many of the scribes are doing quite excellent jobs as well
vibrationthirteen: i think you'll inspire others to take up your strategy though
vibrationthirteen: it's bound to work
vibrationthirteen: I can't wait to hear about it
mountaingirl13books: Do you think we should be looking for a Rhiannon clue
vibrationthirteen: I'll do my best from here
vibrationthirteen: I don't know
vibrationthirteen: it might be out of sequence
vibrationthirteen: Time's like that
vibrationthirteen: suddenly an insignificant detail can smack you in the face
vibrationthirteen: heheh
mountaingirl13books: yeah. I've looked and looked over the old clues and I know there's something I must be missing
mountaingirl13books: It wouldhelp if Graeme would post the pics he received in the book and note left at his house
vibrationthirteen: some aspects will flow into the Future of the search
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: where has he been?
vibrationthirteen: maybe he was kidnapped after all! hehe
mountaingirl13books: I don't know. He's posting on LL but he says he's away from his home computer.
mountaingirl13books: Maybe something work or family related

mountaingirl13books: Do you mind if I share some of this convo with the other scribes?
vibrationthirteen: http://www.threadless.com/submission/37159/The_Ghost_of_Frank_Zappa
vibrationthirteen: Uh...
vibrationthirteen: I don't mind really
mountaingirl13books: I think it may help others understand we must get active
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: and, that the Books definitely in London

vibrationthirteen: though I am intriuged about this Rhiannon turn of events...
mountaingirl13books: me, too
vibrationthirteen: Um... I don't think I'm a Time Traveller
vibrationthirteen: that would be worrying
vibrationthirteen: I'm just Toby
vibrationthirteen: heheh
mountaingirl13books: I'd like to be
vibrationthirteen: it's an interesting idea
vibrationthirteen: for sure
mountaingirl13books: it would be interesting.. keeping in mind the prime directive and all
vibrationthirteen: the prime directive?
mountaingirl13books: Star Trek reference
vibrationthirteen: ooh
vibrationthirteen: tell me
vibrationthirteen: not to alter the realities you pass through?
mountaingirl13books: Do not interfere with cultures/times that could change the event to come
mountaingirl13books: exactly
vibrationthirteen: But maybe that's what Islington is doing
vibrationthirteen: uh oh
vibrationthirteen: isnt he trying to generate World Peace?
vibrationthirteen: that's an alteration
mountaingirl13books: I think it's for a good reason though
vibrationthirteen: thing is, in Star Trek they are a foriegn invader
vibrationthirteen: its not fair to impose your values on a new people
vibrationthirteen: Islington is a human earthman
vibrationthirteen: hehe
mountaingirl13books: Have you seen the message Iz left on the Immersion forum
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: it's poetic
vibrationthirteen: but it makes sense
mountaingirl13books: The Iron Age, huh?
vibrationthirteen: the Kali Yuga
mountaingirl13books: the beginning of the end
vibrationthirteen: very interesting
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: I looked into it... all world cultures seem to agree that now is coming up to an axis point in the state of the world
mountaingirl13books: I agree. The static of the world has definitely changed of late
vibrationthirteen: I mean, it's two thousand years since Jesus, Mohammed and Buddha... which ever way you take it, the general message has had time to percolate through
vibrationthirteen: now its reaching critical mass
mountaingirl13books: But alas, we are all balanced with the evil as well as the good
vibrationthirteen: things are getting energised for a quick period of change
vibrationthirteen: not a violent purging
vibrationthirteen: but like a liquid polarising
mountaingirl13books: Here
mountaingirl13books: 's hoping
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: I'm really hoping
vibrationthirteen: that's why I decided to act immediately when Islington explained his strategy
mountaingirl13books: I think the world will need to be transformed into small self sustainable communities
vibrationthirteen: because it is Just in Time
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: exactly
vibrationthirteen: balanced social order
vibrationthirteen: all equal
mountaingirl13books: all sharing
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: but not communism
vibrationthirteen: that's politics
vibrationthirteen: just living
mountaingirl13books: or socialism
vibrationthirteen: all those labels have been worn out by abuse
mountaingirl13books: just humans depending upon one another and sharing what they have to offer
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: I think we're getting there

vibrationthirteen: and from what Islington says, it Is Possible...
vibrationthirteen: he's been there
vibrationthirteen: so, I'm into it

vibrationthirteen: I'm putting alot of energy into this
vibrationthirteen: hehe maybe I could get on the Triskabiblios Library Trading Post
mountaingirl13books: I have a copy of Sidharttha by Herman Hesse, would you like me to send it to you or have you already read it?
vibrationthirteen: I havent read it
vibrationthirteen: that's one my Dad reccommended to me
vibrationthirteen: so I'd like to read it
vibrationthirteen: you know, he wrote "if you can't be Inspired, be Inspiring" in my first copy of News from Nowhere
vibrationthirteen: thats where I got that from Wink
mountaingirl13books: give me your address and I'll send it to you. I will not divulge any personal info to anyone else.
vibrationthirteen: it's ok
vibrationthirteen: my details are out in the open anyway
vibrationthirteen: eg, look up the contact page of gravity-design.co.uk
mountaingirl13books: You live in swansea, right?
mountaingirl13books: ok
vibrationthirteen: Toby Godden, Scribe13, 82 Heol Tawe, Abercrave, Swansea, SA91XR
mountaingirl13books: got it
vibrationthirteen: thanks Jessica
mountaingirl13books: no problem.

mountaingirl13books: do you think iz has recruited another to make web pages?
mountaingirl13books: hence the rhiannon clue
vibrationthirteen: maybe
vibrationthirteen: I dont think we could possibly know what that means yet
vibrationthirteen: Sounds intruiging
vibrationthirteen: I look forward to meeting her
vibrationthirteen: and who is WelshMam?
mountaingirl13books: a follower of Triska
vibrationthirteen: ooh, in Wales?
mountaingirl13books: yes
vibrationthirteen: that's close
vibrationthirteen: strange how this works
mountaingirl13books: very
vibrationthirteen: we are everywhere!
vibrationthirteen: heheh
mountaingirl13books: I've "met" some wonderful people
vibrationthirteen: me too
mountaingirl13books: Wouldn't it be great to have a Triska conference somewhere?
vibrationthirteen: heheh yes definitely
vibrationthirteen: a party
vibrationthirteen: a party
vibrationthirteen: with tea
vibrationthirteen: and maybe a bonfire
vibrationthirteen: veggie sausages
vibrationthirteen: heheh
mountaingirl13books: yummm
vibrationthirteen: and presents for each other
mountaingirl13books: oooo I love presents
mountaingirl13books: tehee
vibrationthirteen: me too
vibrationthirteen: I'll be sure to send something on to you
vibrationthirteen: Islington has left something for me
mountaingirl13books: So it looks like we're going on a search for the elusive rhiannon
vibrationthirteen: which I think I should pass on
mountaingirl13books: what did he leave
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: but not at the expense of Book Zero
mountaingirl13books: of course not
vibrationthirteen: I think that should be a priority
vibrationthirteen: heeh
vibrationthirteen: Very Happy
mountaingirl13books: what did he leave you?
mountaingirl13books: Oh I see it's a surprise, huh?
vibrationthirteen: yeah
mountaingirl13books: I'll be checking my mail
vibrationthirteen: plus it's best not to get things out of their Time
vibrationthirteen: it creates Confusion, as we have seen
mountaingirl13books: right
vibrationthirteen: I'm impressed with your bravery phoning up the Radio
vibrationthirteen: that was a good strategy
mountaingirl13books: ok, so I'll try Magic radio, yousay?
vibrationthirteen: maybe if we keep it up- but us in the Uk too to save your bill
vibrationthirteen: I'm worried about that phonebill MG!
mountaingirl13books: I'll see if I can get That Dead Dude to do it
vibrationthirteen: yeah good move
vibrationthirteen: delegate
vibrationthirteen: heheh
mountaingirl13books: yes, I just fear all of a sudden I'll be scarlet lettered as a PM
mountaingirl13books: jk
vibrationthirteen: gahh
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: I know the feeling
vibrationthirteen: Very Happy
mountaingirl13books: I wish Law had stayed
vibrationthirteen: yeah
vibrationthirteen: I have a feeling he'll be back though
mountaingirl13books: He was a major help
vibrationthirteen: though maybe in a different skin
vibrationthirteen: Razz
mountaingirl13books: I hope he will
mountaingirl13books: lol
vibrationthirteen: oh yes
vibrationthirteen: he was certainly a hot researcher
vibrationthirteen: a keen lazer mind
mountaingirl13books: allright, then.. Do you think there's any more pertitnent info i need you could give me?
vibrationthirteen: yes there was something
vibrationthirteen: Islington left some paints for me
vibrationthirteen: in a bag... in Islington
mountaingirl13books: what kind of paints
vibrationthirteen: with a note
vibrationthirteen: acrylic
vibrationthirteen: some used
mountaingirl13books: what did the note say
vibrationthirteen: it told a story of a girl called Kelly
vibrationthirteen: I will post it soon
vibrationthirteen: she lives above the Angel, Islington
vibrationthirteen: Islington met her
vibrationthirteen: she was sick
mountaingirl13books: Is she a ghost?
vibrationthirteen: I think she was on heroin
mountaingirl13books: oh
vibrationthirteen: so yes. A ghost
vibrationthirteen: the London streets are Dark places
mountaingirl13books: a ghost of her former self or a spectral being?
vibrationthirteen: A real living person
vibrationthirteen: but nearly dead
vibrationthirteen: pushed out of herself
vibrationthirteen: by abuse and outside pressure
mountaingirl13books: Poor girl
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: he told me she had an abcess over her heart
vibrationthirteen: very strange
vibrationthirteen: very sick
mountaingirl13books: what did he suggest you do about this
mountaingirl13books: and what did he want you to do with the paints?
vibrationthirteen: I said he had painted
vibrationthirteen: on her walls
vibrationthirteen: used the paints
vibrationthirteen: he gave me the paints when he was finished
mountaingirl13books: for you to do what with?
vibrationthirteen: to do the same for someone else
mountaingirl13books: beautiful
vibrationthirteen: he told me the paint was protection
vibrationthirteen: the girl Kelly was becoming schizophrenic
vibrationthirteen: because in the City, you dont get much space for yourself
vibrationthirteen: Islington just helped her get that space
vibrationthirteen: by painting spirals and pushing the metaphorical demons out
mountaingirl13books: hmm have you done it for someone else yet
vibrationthirteen: no
vibrationthirteen: its a strange idea
vibrationthirteen: I needed to talk about it with someone
vibrationthirteen: so thank you
mountaingirl13books: any time dear toby
vibrationthirteen: do you think it would work?
vibrationthirteen: in the lid of the paints is a map
mountaingirl13books: Anything is possible in this strange yet beautiful world
vibrationthirteen: I will scan it
vibrationthirteen: and send it to you
mountaingirl13books: Thank you!
vibrationthirteen: from what the note says, it is a reference to her address
vibrationthirteen: so anyone from London who thinks they can help in a positive way can do so
mountaingirl13books: I hope someone does. If it were me I'd be out the door in a second
mountaingirl13books: but alas no funds=no travel

mountaingirl13books: I believe a better world IS possible
vibrationthirteen: hmmm
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: I am trying to think
mountaingirl13books: I think Triska could be a catalyst for change
vibrationthirteen: yes
vibrationthirteen: that is what it is designed to be
mountaingirl13books: changing the world one person at a time
vibrationthirteen: but I hope it works out

mountaingirl13books: Do you possibly think the girl islington told you about could have the book? Grasping at straws, i know
mountaingirl13books: here's some more about the envelope's contents
vibrationthirteen: no
mountaingirl13books: also handwritten is the word

beautiful!

when you open the white envelope

you can see the blue envelope

with the 2L8 sign inside a sunburst

and the date ink stamp 17 APR 2013

this is the back of the blue envelope

on the front are the words

and Smaller (hand written)

ok here it is

inside the blue envelope is

a hinge (you know the things that hang a door. it is a 4inch door hinge)

also a piece of paper folded very small with

& Smaller again! (written on it)

unfolded written on it is

Tiny springs to mind...
best i could find,
butt amazingly sweet !

vibrationthirteen: aww
vibrationthirteen: hehe
vibrationthirteen: so it's been to the Future
vibrationthirteen: the date stamp...
vibrationthirteen: official
vibrationthirteen: ohh just a second, pancakes
vibrationthirteen: brb
mountaingirl13books: ok

MountainGirl: ok
MountainGirl: Will you send me the map today?
Toby Godden: ok back
Toby Godden: yes
Toby Godden: I will scan it now
MountainGirl: Thanks
MountainGirl: So now 1. Call Magic Radio. 2. Search for Rhiannon 3. See if someone in london can follow this map to aide this girl
Toby Godden: I'll send it by fileshare
MountainGirl: o.k.
MountainGirl: Also, do you know what the green suitcase and sherlock holmes statue has to do with anything
Toby Godden: hmm
Toby Godden: maybe Islington carries a suitcase?
Toby Godden: and he was inviting us to do some detective work?
Toby Godden: I dont know
MountainGirl: those were pictures sent to graeme that had those images
Toby Godden: yes
Toby Godden: but some of those made no sense
MountainGirl: red herrings possibly
Toby Godden: It looks like it
MountainGirl: how does the filesharing work?
Toby Godden: some of them were just adverts for teeshirt printing companies
Toby Godden: didnt ring true to me
Toby Godden: filter, as Is said
MountainGirl: yeah
MountainGirl: when you send the file will it pop up here on the messenger?
Toby Godden: yes
Toby Godden: just a second the first attempt at scanning it was a disaster
MountainGirl: ok
MountainGirl: I'm new to the messenger thingys
Toby Godden: I had to break the lid of the box
MountainGirl: was there something inside?
Toby Godden: paints
Toby Godden: some used, some untouched
Toby Godden: I guess I'll do some paintings
Toby Godden: hehe
MountainGirl: in spirals no less
Toby Godden: yes
Toby Godden: well I like spirals anyway
MountainGirl: on a wall of an in need individual
Toby Godden: yes
Toby Godden: might cheer them up
MountainGirl: I'm sure it would
Toby Godden: and it might attract someone who can help
Toby Godden: if they look out for the mark of Izlington
MountainGirl: true true
Toby Godden: and act in an honourable way in an attempt to help
Toby Godden: it might work
Toby Godden: plus, if Kelly saw Islington
Toby Godden: she might have seen the Book
Toby Godden: ???
MountainGirl: and she could describe him
Toby Godden: its worth a try
Toby Godden: though she might not be in a good way
Toby Godden: she'll probably need help first
MountainGirl: yes
Toby Godden: and she is a real person
Toby Godden: so nobodys got any control
Toby Godden: I'd advise caution
Toby Godden: hence that rule...
MountainGirl: right
MountainGirl: anything else of note I should know?
Toby Godden: I'm just preparing the image... it's huge
MountainGirl: ok
Toby Godden: there you go
Toby Godden: I can give you a higher res version if you need it
You have received 1 file from Toby Godden.
paintbox map.jpg

Toby Godden: but its fairly sketchy as it is
Toby Godden: got it?
MountainGirl: there's that symbol again
Toby Godden: yes
Toby Godden: I saw that too
MountainGirl: the one from the painting he sent graeme
Toby Godden: that's a theme, isnt it?
Toby Godden: yes
MountainGirl: floor c?
Toby Godden: I think so
MountainGirl: Rale berry?
MountainGirl: towards what?
Toby Godden: and that post, from the 'look up at window'
Toby Godden: I take that to be that what is drawn is the view
Toby Godden: towards Barsbury
Toby Godden: or Barnsbury
MountainGirl: 15S
MountainGirl: like hwy 15 South
Toby Godden: and the main thing on the sign says RoseBerry
Toby Godden: it could be a 3
Toby Godden: its faded
Toby Godden: well I dont know what we do about this
MountainGirl: 153
Toby Godden: maybe someone from London would know
Toby Godden: London Transport confuses the hell out of me
MountainGirl: Maybe an apartment number?
Toby Godden: possibly
MountainGirl: K ab c
Toby Godden: will you post this up?
MountainGirl: of course
Toby Godden: I dont know what will come of it
MountainGirl: hopefull something good for kelly
Toby Godden: but she might have some info
Toby Godden: yeah I hope so too
Toby Godden: what a wretched condition
MountainGirl: It's a difficult thing to kick
Toby Godden: yeah
Toby Godden: I imagine so
Toby Godden: but she sounds like she's trying hard
Toby Godden: but the pressures of the world are great
MountainGirl: then she needs support
Toby Godden: so Islington just gave her some space
Toby Godden: and a lifeline... us
MountainGirl: Well, we'll see what we can do.
Toby Godden: nice work Mountain Girl
MountainGirl: Is there any other info you think I may need?
Toby Godden: I hope it sends some awesome Karma your way
MountainGirl: thanks
Toby Godden: I'll let you know if it turns up
Toby Godden: things are having a habit of coming just a moment too late
Toby Godden: so it's hard to know
Toby Godden: I'll be in touch
Toby Godden: thanks Jessica
MountainGirl: OK. Let me know if he gets in contact with you again.
Toby Godden: I will
Toby Godden: here's waiting...
Toby Godden:
Toby Godden: I'm off then
MountainGirl: I'll be looking in the mail.
Toby Godden: good luck
Toby Godden: heheh yes

Toby Godden: good luck
Toby Godden: talk to you soon
MountainGirl: to you as well
Toby Godden: thanks for all your work
MountainGirl: and thank you for yours
Toby Godden: *gee*
Toby Godden: bye then
MountainGirl: ciao bello Blessings Abound
Toby Godden has signed out. (10/22/2005 4:13 PM)

Seems to be referring to a bus stop on rosebery avenue for the 153 bus. All seeing eye in the middle could be something to do with the paine monument (It's on the top of the thing)

I really feel that I need to voice my concerns... please don't flame me for being 'negative'

Let me summarise some of the above conversation...
Quote:

Kelly
she lives above the Angel, Islington
I think she was on heroin
so yes. A ghost
A real living person
but nearly dead
pushed out of herself
by abuse and outside pressure
he told me she had an abcess over her heart
I said he had painted
on her walls
he told me the paint was protection
the girl Kelly was becoming schizophrenic
because in the City, you dont get much space for yourself
Islington just helped her get that space
by painting spirals and pushing the metaphorical demons out
from what the note says, it is a reference to her address
so anyone from London who thinks they can help in a positive way can do so
plus, if Kelly saw Islington
she might have seen the Book
its worth a try
though she might not be in a good way
she'll probably need help first
and she is a real person
so nobodys got any control

If 'Kelly' is a fictional person - then I feel that this is in very bad taste.

If she is real - then there is no way that her personal problems should have been advertised and made part of a 'game' - is this was without her knowledge and permission then it is a real breach of her privacy and probably illegal.

Also - nobody should go cold calling a vulnerable girl in this way - harassment is also illegal.

If she is suffering from a schizophrenic illness, then having strangers knocking at her door could be very damaging indeed. As could having a time travelling man paint spirals on her walls.

Asking players to go and see this girl is very irresponsible and shows no regard for her or our personal safety. By implying that there may be some in-game benefit ("she might have seen the Book") could be seen as manipulation.

I am not a cold hearted, cruel person - I am a mental health professional and have a close who suffers from schizophrenia and also has an addiction (so perhaps my feelings about this are quite strong - or some may say bias).

But, there are many many ways to help people - such as taking part in organised voluntary work. Going round to this girl's home (if she is indeed genuine and we have her address) is unlikely to benefit her or us.

I really hope that she isn't a friend of Toby's who he desperatelly wants to help and so has made into part of the 'game'.
Sad [/quote]

Wow..just wow. Now I wish I was on the other side of the pond now Exclamation If this was a real person with a real illness,I could probably get through to her. I'm not exactly the most stable person myself, and anyone who's spent any amount of time around crazies will know that they understand each other better then 'nromal' folks. It's true,ya know.

I think one of the major themes of this experience is to see the difference in all people and not make pre-judgements. There are many Schizophrenics living amongst us, and I myself know a couple. Just because someone is in need and they may suffer from this malady, does not mean we should turn our backs. Here is some education on Schizophrenia that hopefully will shed some light on the facts about it. It does not necessarilly mean someone is violent, dangerous, or a raving lunatic.

She knows someone from our collective will be visiting. She met Triscal and has valuable info. So she is IG and OOG.

She is aware of our potential visit.

vulnerable? are we intending on sending someone of ill will? Look, I doubt we would be sent there by an IG personif it wasn't okay, and I mean seriously, if you think it's such a terrible idea, don't go. It's that easy. I hear some of you have a big problem with this, and we're all entitled to our feelings, thoughts and opinions. Some of us don't have a problem with this though, and I personally wold appreciate none of us trying to bring each other down/condemn future actions when no ill will is meant. Sometimes it's not the action so much as the intent that determines the will, and who knows, maybe this girl really really needs someone right now. I lived with a schitzophrenic, and had a baby by another schitzophrenic(they seem to like me or something), and neither of them were bad people, they just had some issues the rest of us probably don't have. Let's just see if anyone is willing to go, and discuss from there. This whole game is about good will and changing the world. It all starts with one. If one of you doesn't want to be the one to change ur world, that's totally fine, but some of us want to be that person.
