[FLASH] Death in Sakkara: An Egyptian Adventure

Death in Sakkara: An Egyptian Adventure

First episode is released, Episode 2 coming November 7th!

Quote:
Egypt, 1929. Journalist Charles Fox plunges into a darkly sinister world of intrigue, murder and mysticism in the hunt for a missing archaeologist.

Multi-layered and fiendishly challenging, you'll be lucky to get out of this adventure alive.

Very nice. Reminds me of the fun evenings I spent with Laura Bow.

Seems like a cool game, I bet I'll have fun with it.

Right now I'm stuck on the safe combination, though. I'm gonna be going throug the notes for a while to figure out the right combo.

I just got the safe combination... quite clever. If people want a spoilered answer, let me know, and I'll edit this post to include one. But it's much more satisfying to figure it out yourself... it's really not a tough puzzle, but it takes some real examining to make sure you're looking correctly... Smile

Dang, already finished Episode 1.

It's really cute! I like the music and sound effects quite a lot. It's really smoothly done.

Yeah, I really like the style. It's Indiana Jones-ish, but still comic-book-y enough to be really "personal"... if that makes any sense. I don't know what they're promoting, or if this is just more BBC-proving-it's-hip-with-the-internet-peeps-set, but it's really cool, either way. Spot on, BBC... Spot on!

I assume 28% is the highest you can get for the time being (although that's a little higher than I was expecting, personally)

/me waits for Nov 7th

I only scored 13%. Half your score... sounds about right. Twisted Evil

btw: On the page before the last (being the scorepage) there is a "further research" invent. Very nice links. (in case some may have missed that.)

This one is nice. "Messing with dead people made easy."-part I.
note: never knew egyptians were buried with their cd-collection.

well, in that case, do the game bit again and
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
get the bit of photograph during the chase
to get you to 24%

then:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
look through all of your journal
for the other 4%

I couldn't find anything else.

or possibly you missed the
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
symbol on the chair in Elizabeth's hotal room?

tbh, I have no idea if I missed a load of stuff too.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Piece of the foto when you arrive at the hotel (outside)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Make an effective talk with the clerc.( Or is that efficient?)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Don't know more, but 2 spoilers seemed not much so.... Wink

you can also increase your score slightly by:

catching the bag thief quickly

Krystyn, you kinda have to take a guess and cut him off... sometimes you're right and some times you're wrong (I didn't spoiler cuz I don't think I spoiled anything by saying that...) as he doesn't follow the same pattern every time.

Anyway, that's what I did. And in terms of the $10K, we'll get 'em next time... Smile (If I was just sooner in getting you the info! Dang!)
