Cheap hosting + domain name

Hey, thanks Jamei. My previous host has been slowly crashing and burning, I was looking for a cheap, good alternative.

i wish I had paid more attention to the paperwork when I was 16, cuz I might know how to reclaim and transfer my old domain name:P

BGVotta watch yourself on domain names, Skillet. I got lucky, I had a squatter on mine for a while, then they gave up and I got it for a song.

My last 2 hosts messed me over, am now hosted through Godaddy which is sweet. 30 bucks a year total, and very clean. Me happy.

The first one wasnt a bad price, 10 bucks a year. Then at the beginning of the year, they got flaky, the sercer going up and down like a yoyo. The owner offered no support and was gone most of the time. Many opther people packed up and left for other pastures.

I got an offer from a PM onto his server. Then his life changed and my site went down once again. It lasted 6 months there.

Afterwards, decided to hit up with Godaddy since I had several domains listed there for various reasons. Am superbly happy with their support. The number maze on the phone is smaller than you would expect, and someone actually DOES answer as tech support and is darned helpful. So for $30 a year, I am happy being hosted there.
