Unanswered Questions
Who is the "British investor" mentioned in the MetaCortex news of 10/03/2002? He isn't mentioned on the Aquapolis site at all.

I think he is the cop in the paintitover.net picture. Mainly because its a scotland yard uniform if I am correct, which is the epitome of british investigators. Also, paintitover is hosting the missing photos, which may be a connection to his law enforcement back ground

 		wrong, the aqua colored policeman was the "aquapolis" clue.

 		yeah, i dont think they would use one pic with a clue (the police -> aquapolis) and, refer to something else to with that police.

 		We've confirmed that the police man was a clue to 'polis' in aquapolis.. It is unlikely that the image would mean anything else..
