 		[PUZZLE][SOLVED] Hymnal code
This is the thread for the hymnal found on Frank Grouard's profile page:

(solved for the character name, but not fully solved for instructions to access The Secret of The Safe)


(changed tag to SOLVED per thunderclap's revelation that one can mine gold in the game with these directions. Apparently, this hymnal is NOT a solve for the Secret of the Safe. For that, one needs to find Hollister. -krystyn)

 		SPEC from chat: Three numbers=hymn, verse, word. Four numbers=hymn, verse, word, letter. If second number is C, it's the Chorus.

My only contribution to this puzzle: I think 14/2/1/1 is the letter E.

 		After far too much time, I am done. Indivisual words in parenthesis are ones that don't seem to make a lot of sense. However, I've quintupple checked them as much as I can on my murky microfiche printouts.

Thanks Spacebass for transcribing above and Persona for assisting in gathering hymn numbers to print.

I want to apologize if I came off as sounding short or unsharing in IRC. This all hit me about an hour before closing at work, so that was all the time I had to find where we keep the microfiche (drawers in a very dusty back room), figure out how to work the machine, get the hymn numbers and print like a madman. Finished with two minutes to spare - phew.

Please, please, please someone double check this with a print copy. The best I could print from the microfiche was about six pages per 8.5x11 sheet of paper. Very tiny. Some weren't quite clear, but I googled where I could to fill in the blanks, and I'm as sure as I can be of the results. But I'd hate for everyone to rely on me and me alone for this solve. If you can get your hands on a real copy of the book, this will go much much faster than it did for me.

But I did have fun! Librarian to the rescue!

 		Played Gun a bit tonight... the locations (at least two that I've followed quickly) lead to gold deposits that you can mine. So this can be marked solved.

Indeed, the stats page shows there are 44 gold caches available, and I count 44 locations in the above.
