I have a vague feeling that there must be some sort of connection between Kerry and Lucy....is there any link between the Irishman Patrick Sullivan and the other prominent Irishman Seamus O'Kelly?

So Kerry needs to be told how he and Lucy are a part of this curse on this gun. And he needs to be told about the diamonds in the gun.

Then Kerry needs to challenge Don and Lucy to a poker game, with the diamonds going to the winner.

Don wins the diamonds.

Don no longer wants to kill Lucy and her blood is 'unspilled'.

The curse is broken? Kerry is more than a killer?

I am too vague on the story so I will leave it for the others. I suggest that Kerry not kill Don - at least til we work it out!

I think there are more than just diamonds in the gun. A few diamonds aren't going to much more than a hundred thousand dollars, do you think? I think Patrick must have also hidden the secret of the stolen gold in there.

Well, not having heard that anyone else called Kerry, I called and left a message, stating the stuff about the curse, the fact that Kerry really does know good and evil (mentioning Lucy and his sistern and Corazon and himself as good, Don as not so much) and that both he and Lucy are decended from folks who were cursed by the gun (I read him the whole curse... didn't know for sure that Don was also a descendant until after I called... hope that doesn't matter).

I also mentioned that part of the curse of the gun had to do with the fact that whenever the gun shows up at a poker game, someone dies, and that perhaps instead of just killing Don he ought to challenge him to a poker game, including Lucy, maybe Matt and some others, winner take all.

I mentioned that there were diamonds in the gun, and that others thought that the diamonds were what Don wanted, but I disagreed, that Don really did want the Gun, but perhaps the diamonds would help somehow.

Anyway, I rambled enough that I had to leave this over 2 messages.

I'm sure others have left similar messages at this point, but I figured, what the hell, might as well just to make sure.

Anyway, I really think Don is only interested in the diamonds as Icing, or in Pirate talk, the diamonds are just the booty, but the Gun is really the prize. (Though there may be more than diamonds there, too).

I also thought to try and leave this message with Lucy, but of course it isn't possible to leave her a message. Oh well. It was worth a try.

Just to clear something up...

Isn't Kerry already planning a poker game? In his update about visiting the store, he buys three bullets and a pack of cards, after calling both Lucy and Don and telling them to meet him somewhere, where he 'would let the gun decide'.
