CHIP MAILERS -

This was mentioned earlier but bears repeating - it's not realy safe to just drop chips in an envelope. They're heavy enough that just normal handling and a couple rides through a USPS sorter can drive them out. I just got an envelope that (I hope) was not missing any chips, but had one opening almost large enough on one seam and the opposite side had smaller gaps.

You probably don't need to buy a special mailer - perhaps make a paper pouch for the chips that fits inside an envelope.

Being all the way up in Icy-Cold-Freezing-Canada - thousands of miles from the middle of nowhere wrt the ARGing genre - I seem to be in the same boat as Daveman424 there.

I don't have any spare chips (in fact, the only chip I have was generously donated to me by a very kind DC player).

I would LOVE to have a full set of chips, so if anyone would be willing to send one all the way up north to the land of igloos and snowmen, I would be eternally grateful.

Edit - Thanks to a wonderful person that was at the NYC event, I now have one of those on the way too. Smile

Still hoping for KC and SF chips if you have them.

I received chips from the first two events, the original LCP logo and the WWII pinup girl. I was a Legion of Specters member and participated via phone on them both. Unfortunately Wilma KO'ed me Shocked

for the 1929 and 1914 events. Crying or Very sad

If anyone is feeling generous and would like to send me a chip from an event, I would greatly appreciate it. PM me for the address.

Poker ghods willing, I will collect some LA chips and hope to repay those who have been generous enough to send me chips from their events (with a bonus gift from Las Vegas).

After those debts, I'll be happy to help out as much as I can.

I totally think LCP should send chips to any card-finders as a prize for being so amazingly cool. Maybe a chip from each era they found a card in?
