First off, I think Frank didn't know about the Confederate gold on the ship...he only knew about the diamonds in the handle. But that was enough for him to follow the gun for the rest of his life.

Either way, Smith ends up cursing Sullivan and ending up in a hole without his head (The more difficult to identify later when the gang meets up at the site a couple of years later).


Cheers, I obviously missed that. Where does it say Frank killed Pierre? When i say "Blue", I mean the Bonnie Blue, so it was a confederate conspiracy. Sorry for the ambiguity

 		Since it's not mentioned anywhere,

I found Judah P. Benjamin from the reference to Secretary Benjamin in Janet Seeley's profile. Did a search on google to find the full name of the Confederate Secretary of State.

(1) Yes, Robert is Lionel's son, not his brother. Lionel does have a younger brother -- who is Lucy's grandfather -- but we don't know his name.

(2) I think "Sister Agnes" is a nun, and not Eliza Smith's actual sister. Mr. Green

(3) "Hoodoo Brown," like JEB Brown, is an actual historical figure, whose real name was Hyman G. Niell. Cowboy, gambler, politician, gunfighter, outlaw, and leader of the Dodge City Gang. Interesting fellow. No relation to Lucy. (That we know of... yet...)

 		How is John Caldwell Smith (from 1914 in Juarez) fitting in to this? The son of John CH Smith??

And did Smith only curse the descendents of Sullivan for his death, or was someone else involved that we haven't figured out that family tree? Could the curse include that family?

If a Smith descendent holds the gun (i.e. Lucky or Lucy) then nothing bad happened? But any Sullivan and it's bad business. But did anything bad happen to Hart?

This is my depiction.
We know Lucky is Lucy's great-Uncle.
We know Robert is Lucky's son.
We know Janet and Rick are Lucy's parents, and Seth, Zack and Devon are Lucy's brothers.
We know Millie and Robert discussed children, but never had any.
We know Seamus had a sister Mary, and she had Lionel/Lucky.
We know Seamus married a Mary.
We know Mary O'Kelley (Seamus' sister) married a Brown.

We also know that John Smith Caldwell is an Uncle of someone in the O'Kelley/Brown tree.
And we know that John Smith Caldwell is a cousin of George S. Patton.

What confuses me is that Janet does not appear to be a Brown by blood, but she refers to Mary O'Kelley as "Grandma"

EDIT: the PM's have changed the text so that Mary O'Kelley is now definitely Rick's Grandmother. Looking in my cache, from Oct 31 to Nov 2nd, the text read "I've got some of the things we got from Lucky," Janet said. "These were apparently my Grandma Mary's. They're really something."

Now, it reads "These were apparently your father's Grandma Mary's."

 		I knew I had something messed up in the modern day. Incorporating the above changes, here is version 2.0.

Edit: v 2.1 has Sister Agnes removed.
Edit: v 2.2 has John Smith Caldwell added, per Lucky's chat.

Yes. That confused me so much. I told Shad0 or whoever it was this just isn't right. Confused the whole tree for me up to the point when I thought Janet must be a Brown herself. Razz

 		And just for thoroughness' sake, I did one for the Tuckers (although it is slightly more messy). Note that Kerry and his sisters all have different fathers, as per what he told Corazon.
