Lucy was the Human Target Junior Shooter of the Year, or whatever, remember?
True, but nobody is such a good shot that they don't need a gun to shoot with.
Kerry was the only other one in the room with a gun.
*Raises hand in agreement with Krystyn and SG

Also, in a past life she was a killer sex-bot, no? Yeah, REALLY don't want to get on her bad side.

she also "loaded" and "fired" the gun that morning
and every day was her "last day"
though in her defense, she did hold her own against Mi Casa pretty well

I got the impression that when she said that to Kink, she was bluffing.

Palm, meet forehead. Doh. I'm going to try using the fatigue excuse. [Fatigue from playing poker until five in the morning, but... ssh.]

God what an amazing day this was. Listening to the answering machine messages was amazing.
I have to say, I've watched many an arg. This is the first one I've fully participated in, from start to finish. And I gotta say, after this? It's gunna be hard to be impressed.
Does it get better than this?
You are all amazing. I love you guys. I tell all my friends that this place holds the smartest people in the world, and they never ever fight . There is no wank here. It's a wank free zone, which is basically unheard of on the internet.
In other words....you all rock.
Yeah, well you suck.
Just kiddin.
I agree Nos, this is the place where the community is the thing. We (collectively) rock! But also, I'll tell you... no game will be like the first one you got totally obsessed about. However, LCP was still impressive and immersing even though I still hold ILB as my first ARG luv... The point is you continually become a more honed player, and you continually will be a bit more critical (perhaps cynical, but in a constructive way) and there may not be as much magic, but there is always the thrill in live, phone, or email contact within a game. This is probably the most immersive and most cool part of ARG, in my humble opinion. That never gets old. Unless it's AIM and your name is HDKL. In which case, it does get old quickly.

I'm still bummed that I didn't sum up the courage to leave a message on Kerry's voicemail, though it'd definitely be weird to hear myself speaking on a large website.
The endgame was spellbinding, it could have easily been the ending to a Hollywood blockbuster.
Joining this place has been a real awesome choice, I had joined back up when Art of The Heist first started, but never really stuck with it. After LCP, I'll know that I won't be able to leave this place for more than a week. It is true, we are the smartest people on the internet, just some are duller than others (such as myself).
For the endgame, I hope we get a PM chat, Corazon gets her surgery, The dead come back from the grave and collectively end world hunger and bring peace to all nations, and that in the far off land of LA, Lucky and all of his buddies finally rest in peace after an emotional letsallholdhands-style wake. Mark my words, I'll be writing a song about this whole mess.
In short: thanks everyone, it was fun.
Now off to finish GUN.

I couldn't be happier with the result of this experience. I loved this game and it was really a great thing to be a part of.
Hope you guys all have fun at L.A! Wish I could be there!

Some people have been having trouble listening to the answering machine messages in Kerry's profile. It appears to be a caching problem.
EGo has kindly hosted the mp3 here .
Two things.
1) You are ALL way more nice then I am.
2) We're a poignant bunch of ramblers.
Okay, three things.
Thanks EGo.

I'm honored to call this my first ARG. I had no important part in it whatsoever, but the story was the most fun I had in some time reading something, poker was cool (although I sucked) and the community is great!
Just about everything in this ARG was high-class, I'm really impressed.
Too bad I missed the conclusion of the story and had it spoiled more or less while trying to follow the trail. But never mind, it wasn't hard to guess from the updates that came before.
