The genius comedian, Demetri Martin, once took all the words from a bottle of beer and rearranged them into a poem. His work is above. Your task is to read it and them figure out from which brand of beer they sprang.

Rolling Rock, although I always thought it was OK, for a US beer Wink

Budweiser has a curious taste of fizzy water and mould.

I assume you've all heard the joke about American beers and making love in a canoe

(Please don't read if you are under 16 or have a sensitive disposition)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

PS: Mods, I've tried to make it "clean".

two quick questions,
1. anyone compared the actual beer to the poem to look for missing words/clues? any findings?

2. there is a little blip on my card, under the word 'then' on the black border. i tried to line up the border and see if any of the letters touched by the straight line formed any words/clues, but i am new to perplexcity, and didn't see anything that registered as significant. perhaps a more seasoned player might be able to shead some light?

I feel morally obliged here to defend American beer. Unfortunately, I can't -- not the mass-produced crap beer, anyway. The real glory of American beer is the plethora of microbrews, many of which are quite tasty.

Amen to that!

*Macavity raises a bottle of Keegan Hurricane Kitty ale.

Mind you, there is one good mass-produced American beer - Samuel Adams. I particularly like their Boston and Winter Lagers.

Well, that's true, but if you believe their commercials, Sam Adams started out as a microbrew anyway, so we can both be right Razz
