I did think that for a while, but it only sounds like it could be that because of the amount of sylibals. If it is just a bad kiddy talk then i think it sounds like "it's all right though". It must have been put there for a reason, but why?

 		OK, I spent a while working on this and found a different possibility for the words, "Its all I know". Maybe he has just detatched himself, or given the reigns of the project over to his daughter and she is the devious one. She seems to be the one with all of the "correct" answers whenever something goes awry. I'm probably out in left (star)field with this one
