Lines 1-3 may be refering to the ftp being taken down, but being able to get the files from theaquapolis.com/urchin
line 2 is also a line from the song, "I'm Henry VIII I Am"
line 4&5 I think are saying that there's still something in that directory that we've missed.
line 6 is interesting. dub dub dub would be the act of nighting someone. tapping the shoulder with a sword during the ceremony is refered to as dubbing... and it's done 3 times; I believe right left right. hack and slash is also something done with a sword
line 7, I think is obvious.

this may also be a hint to re-examine the castle and fireworks picture, considering the possible referals to a king and knights.

Eureka!

OK, I found the stegged text in the gif image file. OK, Geinstein was right, I can confirm that. The text is as follows:

Slight change in plans.
Second verse, same as the first.
The blind transit's been plugged to the oafs
Let's view it from the top
Blindly, still, but climb those stairs carefully
dub dub dub, hack and slash
You'll find the way!

-c.

I've been downloading stegging software and trying it and there is only one that works. Some of the text is plain enough, but some is jibberish to me. Looks like anagrams.

Please post details so we all can verify! What program, what key?

OK, since we figure that caeser is reading these boards (or perhaps moderating them...who knows?), I was thinking maybe I shouldn't reveal to everone how to extract text from these files. It'll just make him change his mode of communication again. Oh well, everyone is sharing info here, so what the heck. The program is called hide and seek. Someone posted a link to some stegging software about 5-6 posts ago, that is where I found it. It makes these images with the extra border (that's where the text is I believe). So any image you see with extra space on it (with dots of some sort probably) is probably stegging with hide and seek.

Just to verify, I found the steg msg as well, using Hideseek v5.0.

There was no key used, it was "unprotected".

So I can confirm it's real.

Ok, PoisonEye beat me to it Smile
It would seem weird to worry about giving op the "source" of your find PoisonEye... after all, in the end the PM's still want us to find the messages... they just want to make it hard Wink
