3. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

A. Current and former employees, officers and directors of Noah Boddy Productions, LivePlanet, Inc., official Experience Sponsors, and/or any of their respective parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, ex-spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of any such employee, officer or director and any person involved with the production or administration of the Experience and/or Game are not eligible to be contestants or participate in the Game. In addition, any person closely acquainted with a person involved with the production or administration of the Experience and/or the Game is not eligible, if in Producer's sole discretion, such person's participation could create the appearance of impropriety.

Also we have the number of clues to be given...25:

A. GAME CONCEPT:

The Program integrates a clue-based game in which contestants identify hints ("Hints") contained within the website noahboddy.com (and linked sites) in order to solve each numbered clue (individually, "Number Clue" and, collectively, "Number Clues"). There are a total of 25 Number Clues. Each week, updates and additions to the websites will contain Hints leading to one Number Clue. In addition, a Final Clue ("Final Clue") will be added to the Internet after all Number Clues have been posted. After the Number Clues are completed and the Final Clue is disclosed (see Section 2D), contestants will be equipped with the information necessary to complete the Final Solutions and compete for the Grand Prize.

Producer reserves the right to modify the Game and/or the Official Rules at any time, including but not limited to changing the content, timing and/or frequency of Internet Hints, Number Clues, the Final Clue, the Final Solutions and any other element associated with the Game and/or the Experience. Revised rules will be posted at www.noahboddy.com.

B. CLUE NUMBER ONE:

The first Number Clue ("Clue Number One"), i.e. the Number Clue in the first week of the Experience, will be used to help players understand how the game is to be played. It will be made clear through the websites what Clue Number One is and its purpose is to help organize the public into understanding both how clues may be discerned through the websites as well as a method for beginning to determine the clues for each Final Solution.

C. HINTS AND NUMBER CLUES:

Contestants, through identification and analysis of the Hints, must discern each Number Clue. Each week of the contest, additions and updates will be made at the Experience's linked websites. These updates and additions will each directly or indirectly, individually and/or in conjunction with other Hint(s) throughout the week, enable viewers to solve the Number Clue (in other words, each Hint throughout a week will lead to the same Number Clue). There are a total of 25 Number Clues in all.

Hints and Number Clues may take any form (visual, spoken words, music, commercials, web-searches, banner ads, etc.) and may appear in any format (and at any time-frame) within the noahboddy.com websites and any officially linked website. Contestants may be required to identify and crack codes, riddles or other puzzles in order to identify Hints and/or solve Number Clues and/or the Final Solutions. A Hint may require reference to material outside the Internet in order to solve the Number Clue related to it. A minimum of one Hint per week will be placed within the official sites or their official links. Producer reserves the right to vary the number of Hints and/or Number Clues per week.

D. THE FINAL CLUE

During the week Hints are added for Clue Number 25, contestants will be directed to the date and approximate time for the update of the Final Clue, which date and time shall be determined by Producer and shall occur (subject to circumstances beyond Producer's control) within seven (7) days after the end of the week Clue Number 25 is completed. Neither Producer nor any of its affiliated companies or sponsors is responsible for any delay, omission, Internet backbone difficulty or other interference with the update of the Final Clue. By utilizing the Final Clue together with all Number Clues (including Clue Number One), contestants will be equipped with the information necessary to complete the six Final Solutions. The Final Clue will convey to contestants the means by which they can enter the contest and attempt to win one of the Grand Prizes.
