Timezones

Any chance of adding a GMT+10.5 option to the timezone list in the preferences? The timezone I'm actually in is GMT+9.5 (which is in the list), but that makes the times an hour behind what they should be for some reason (DST issues, probably).

I'm sure this used to work properly for me set at +9.5, but adding +10.5 to the list would be an easy fix for me, assuming nobody else is getting the wrong times.

Edit - got the DST part all wrong, but that's so damn confusing, gah...

I will also note that while I am in DST at the moment, this has been a problem since before I switched to it, and there was actually a few hours where the time was correct (I assume between the time when I switched to DST and the server switched it off).
