3 is /definitely/ a lighter. I take a lot of macro photos and have several shots of this part of a lighter. (Don't ask!)

If they want brands, bic or clipper are most likely...

I beg to differ, Ollie...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
A cafetiere uses a plunger (thank you wikipedia).

Number 1 is definitely...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
what I call an espresso pot - I own one, it's sitting on the desk in front of me and it matches the photo on the card in every detail. The wikipedia calls it a 'coffee pot', 'Moka pot' or 'Moka'.

I would say 1 is a Moka Express, but they might want coffee maker
I think the red bit on 2 is a bit small for WD40. It looks more like what you get on lighter fuel. I found images of Ronson Butane lighter fuel flints which looked like this, but I couldn't see if the aerosol button was white. However aerosol might be enough. Did wonder if lighter fuel connected with 3 and the whole represented a great morning, ie coffee, music, croissant and a cig after a jog. 4 I'd go for earphone over earpiece. 5 looks like a Nike Air Max trainer. Hope this helps you beat me to it as I'm still locked out from last night.

Some lighter flints are indeed red on the outside, however, you won't find many butane bottles with a push down button like that on them - using hairsprays as flamethrowers is easy enough without ACTUAL fuel being sold in the same packaging Laughing
Normally the top will just be a thin tube that connects directly into the base of the most common lighters (Clipper for example) and the cap will contain adaptors for less common types.

P.S. Has anybody consider the 'official' term of 'earbud' at all?

The following do not work

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
moka pot
WD-40
lighter
earphone
trainer
croissant

moka
WD-40
lighter
earphone
trainer
croissant

coffee pot
WD-40
lighter
earphone
trainer
croissant

How sure are we about 6? Doesn't look too much like a croissant to me, though its not often I put croissants that close to my eyes. Even on a bad morning I can ussually remember where my mouth is.
Maybe we are being too specific with 5, I have tried a few variations with shoe but didnt get anywhere. Then again maybe we are not being specific enough, next time I will try "stupid red bubble thing"
Since vons hint for 2 was "spray", doesnt it seem likely that it will be a specific product, not just a different word for spray?
I hate this puzzel, but it has given me an excuse to get the WD-40 out (oh how I love its beautiful scent) and for that I thank you Justin Berkovi.
